Instasmile is a Professional Company offering bespoke Veneers. I choose Classics covering top and bottom teeth. The process is easy, on receiving my impressions kit. I had too take impressions by boiling them in hot water letting them cool down for a while then placing them in my mouth. I was lucky as my impressions turned out great. I simply sent Instasmile a photo of my impressions who approved them. I then sent them back in the postage bag. I waited 10 days as I paid for the Express service. Customer Service was amazing throughout my dealings with them answering all the questions Michelle, David, Sue and Amy are just fantastic and really nice people to talk too. On receiving my new Veneers I was so excited opening the package. I placed them over my teeth and OMG. The tears ran down my face because for the first time in my life I saw a beautiful white teeth. They look so realistic as though I have been to TURKEY to have my teeth done. I have recently bought a second pair as I never want to be with out my Instasmile.

I recently lost my job and can't afford the kit anymore. This happened just a couple of days after receiving the kit. I haven't even opened the package. They refused to take it back. Horrible company. No sympathy for people. I hope this happens to them

I was quite worried about getting these Instasmile after illness has cause a lot off problem with my teeth . I have to say thank god I did they are amazing so comfortable to wear easy to put in and out look really good and natural . my new smile has given my confidence back and has made a difficult time in life just that much better . Real easy to do and mold my first impression wasn’t good enough but customer service was amazing and helped me along they are all friendly . Thank you for making me feel amazing and making me want to smile again .

The kit arrived promptly and I found it very easy to use. Impressions were perfect. This was due to watching the video and getting true understanding .

I have had a fantastic experience with instasmile, unfortunately after gum recession I couldn't get the bottom set,so instasmile kindly made me a spare top set. Outstanding customer service, straightforward impressions instructions, only took 3 weeks from ordering to receiving impressions, sending back and receiving veneers. Would definitely recommend. 5stars for the overall experience. I decided to give them a try after seeing the ad on social media. My real teeth are in bad shape and I really wanted a new smile, so I decide to give it a shot. I'm so happy I went with Instasmile. The impression process was a little frustrating as I had to redo a few times but if your impressions are not perfect then the results won't be perfect. My new veneers are perfect! Great fit and look great. I get compliments daily on how good my teeth look. I had a warranty issue with the upper as it developed a small crack and the warranty process was seamless. I had a new upper in no time. I am very pleased with my new smile and will be a repeat customer I'm sure. Thank you, Instasmile!

At the beginning I had problems with my top impression, I kept getting declined, but now that I received my bottom clip on (Valentine’s day), I understand why they just want the best fit for you , and now I can't wait to get my bottoms one, thank you instasmile.

Just because they don’t make this clear . The will send the kit out before you are approved. If they decide you a not approved that email want into my spam, you have to pay postage to get the kit back to them and then a £15 fee for your troubles . Under no circumstances open that kit because if u do oh wait that’s £129 . Whole thing has been a sham wish I had never considered using them . Just all please be warned

I didn't take care of my teeth growing up and now as I'm older I regret that due to the big gap I have right in the middle of my mouth! Instasmile has given me a reason to be able to smile again with out embarassment!!!! Thank you for what you do! I love the fact that they keep impressions to be able to reorder if lost.

At first I struggled to get them in. It took me a few go's before I work it out. But overall I'm very happy with how they turn out. They look amazing my family didn't really notice at first which it great. It's gonna take sometime to get used to wearing them. But I really love them

Overall the service is amazing from the moulding to any changes teeth was delivered fast kept informed through the whole process and now I can smile again thank you guys 😁
