The replacement doesn't fully fit my teeth all the way. Makes a clicking sound. They are a lot thicker then my original order. I can wear them until I get home then I take em out.

Well what can I say, I'm sorry to hear people on here haven't had a good experience. It's a real shame truly because that's not been my experience at all , from start to Finnish the whole things been easy and plain smooth . I had the impression delivered and followed the step by step instructions, my bottom set were perfect and had to do my 2nd attempt on my top , but after being contacted quickly buy the team and told what to do what to do it was solved in no time . My teeth arrived even before the predicted date given which is a bonus and fitted into my mouth with not one single issue . Love my new confidence and smile it gives me , so thank you instasmile worth every penny and I truly mean that.

I ordered an Instasmile kit well in advance of having a tooth pulled so that I could be prepared and use the kit once the extraction site swelling resolved itself. The kit sat on my shelf-untouched- until I was ready to use it. When my mouth was ready for the impressions, I made them approximately two weeks ago. Instasmile is refusing to look at my impressions since I waited to use the kit. . . in perfect condition and with perfect impressions! I spent $600 on the Instasmile kit and they will not work with me even though the impressions are fresh and ready to send off! They cannot claim that the dental impressions are not fresh. . . they are now 3 weeks old therefore a CURRENT dental impression They are essentially stealing the $600 that I paid them in good faith. Could they offer to send a replacement kit if they aren't comfortable with the previous kit? YES they could! The impression plates cost pennies on the dollar! The veneers are what one is paying for! This is the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. They do not respond to phone calls! This company is setting themselves up for a class action lawsuit.

Putting lowest review everyday until I get my product

After 6 weeks of trying to get my impressions right, I finally, or they said they were right, I received the email my veneers were goin to be manufactured. ! Thank goodness I paid the express payment. ! 10 days later I got the veneers in the mail. I followed directions, placed them in my mouth, snapped in and wa lla. ! They looked a fake. . not enough depth between the teeth. You literally can see the white between each tooth. Ok, no problem, better than the missing tooth guy. ! Fit well, feel good. This is goin to work. !! After 1 day the back of the veneer broke. They still worked. The. The other side broke the next day. Now they won’t stay on your teeth. So email, after email l, it’s now 2 weeks later. I’m not saying these are not for you. As long as you are not eating or wearing them for everyday use. These are cosmetic upgrade material. This is just my personal experience and review. Now I’m waiting and saving money for implants.

Just starting with the process and will change my review if this works. The uploading of impressions in my opinion was very difficult using your site on my phone. I couldn't get the angles right on the photo as the screen remained very small. I am very worried that this won't work and I will have wasted my money trying to feel more confident

Received my new shiny teeth a few days ago and I couldn’t be happier, I’ve just had an accident with my top set and the customer services was amazing sending my new top out. Only ordered a top veneer but of course for accurate measurements of my mouth was asked to take impressions of my top teeth as well as my bottom teeth. Miraculously my my bottom was approved immediately. But I AM ON MY SECOND MOUTH GUARD DUE TO HAVING TO REBOIL THE MOLDING DOWN THE LIMIT OF 8 TIMES! Mind you it is about to be February, I started this process in MAY! Almost whole F-ing year trying to explain that my two front teeth WONT MAKE A DEEP IMPRINT BECAUSE THEY ARE CHIPPED DUE TO STEROID MEDICATION I WAS ON. But instead of F-ing listening to me I’m just being told to keep trying! ALSO WAS DENIED A REFUND BUT WAS ASSURED NOT TO WORRY THEY’LL SEND AS MANY PUTTY GUARDS IT TAKES. Thankfully i found a pretty decent temporary Veneer IMAKO COSMETIC just a boil and place but with Fixodent they stay in place all day. I’m just going to go through pop on veneers which has a higher rating and a dentist in NY so worst case I can r have them made same day no shipping. Instasmile… more like insta frown! I’m just going to keep making impressions to see which comes first an approval or my refund because I’m petty enough to use their entire putty inventory. Last 3 tries I pretty much bungled on purpose because I’ve done everything they’ve asked me to do from placement, making sure the mold doesn’t wiggle when you take it out and cause pulling, packing more putty in the front to show the height of my teeth. I’m literally, done, disgusted, and hope this company goes up in flames.

Very efficient, good communication and very helpful. However, personally I feel my instasmile teeth are a bit chunky and I'm not sure how much I will wear them. Just a personal feeling. Can't fault the service though.

i love them and couldn’t live without them now, i wish they lasted a lot longer but i had to reorder but worth the price for the difference in confidence

The experience for me has not been good at all. I ordered my impression kits back in September, now 4 months later they still have not approved my top impressions. They have been giving me a run around telling me different issues each time to not approve me. I asked for a refund and they are now not responding… very upset.
