What has made my experience with instasmile perfect, is the fact I can go anywhere and feel free to smile and be myself. I don't leave my house without them. I'm normally a very outgoing person and I found myself insecure and not socializing as much as I would like until I found instasmile. It has literally changed my life for the better. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, I ordered last July, after more than 10 impressions sent , I followed instructions to the letter, just keep getting rejected, I think this is the plan , keep rejecting until they give in , you CANNOT get a refund even though you don’t have the product, I’ve lost nearly £400 which is a lot, , I strongly recommend you do some research, there are many many people like me , I’ve confronted them on various social media sites, to warn people not to go ahead with this , they blocked me , although I think I put off some people going ahead, which is good, a glimmer of hope, People do you’re research, AVOID AVOID I ONLY WANTED A BETTER SMILE, now I’m nearly £400 down

Rubbish. as in previous replies apparently i was removing them wrong that’s why they only last weeks. bought in september broke within a couple of weeks (end 2 teeth completely snapped off) had a replacement and that broke down the middle within a month. It turns out only the first pair has the warranty. Don’t waste your money.

I'm super happy with my new teeth!!! I went for both top and bottom set and feel more confident for it! I will be honest and say the Impressions part took longer then expected and alittle stressful but that's only because I wanted these ready before my holiday! But they were so worth the wait! My boyfriend is making fun of my lisp but what are boyfriends for hay? The more I wear them the better my speech is getting. I am so happy with them and definitely a better option then normal veneers as I really didn't want to shave my teeth down.

Even though it took a little while to get my set, I couldn't be more thrilled. This is my 3rd set over the years because I want a backup if anything ever happens. I can't see me going through another day, in my lifetime, without wearing them. I love them and I feel so much better about myself and my smile. Thank you instasmile!

I'm still on my Instasmile journey but everyone has been so helpful and encouraging with hints and tips for getting the perfect impressions. I am excited to receive my veneers. They have arrived and fit perfectly, they cover my gaps and enhance where I have had fillings. My teeth have never looked so good and they look so natural!

I couldn’t fault the service from your team, technicians and your customer service, I had a few teething problems at first slight fitting issue and then I broke my bottom set but the teams couldn’t be more helpful. As for my veneers themselves I’m over the moon. I’ve got my confidence back. I never smiled before or would cover my mouth if I laughed, as my teeth are a mess. I used to wear a partial plate as I’m missing a front tooth but it broke. An then as luck would have it my clip ins arrived the day after. I honestly couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be purchasing them again when these ones have had their life, and I’ve recommended them to one of my friends already.

AVOID awful product. originally gave a good review as they do look good. First pair snapped after couple of weeks (end two teeth snapped clean off) i contacted the company and was sent another pair fab. Well fab for a whole month then they snapped right down the middle. I contacted the company again and was given a price to buy a new pair, Customer service is a joke. I have been completely ignored from customer service. I never ate with them in and followed the cleaning process they gave. In my opinion they are only made for occasional use. Might as well just give your money away.

Excellent experience! Quick and easy impression kit and production! Definitely will be saving to order a backup set soon!! Thank you for giving me my smile and confidence back !

My experience with Instasmile has been nothing short of incredible!! A few reviews down someone said they were having issues getting their molds approved and not to waste your money. Well, I had a very similar experience. I had to redo mine upwards of 6 times and on top of that my kit was damaged and Instasmile generously sent me a new one free of charge. It took 8 months to get both top and bottom approved and it could’ve been much quicker but I know I was hesitant to put forth my efforts just to be disappointed in the finished product. I had nothing to be worried about though. Autumn, who I worked with from Instasmile made sure that they got the best possible molds so that I’d have the best possible smile, and now I do!! After 23 years of grinding my teeth until they were breaking down and having my front teeth broken by a coward who kidnapped me and tortured me (he’s been arrested and charged, still awaiting trial by the way) I had nothing to smile with and sadly nothing to smile about. When I finally got the news that my veneers were being shipped on 10-14-24 it meant so many things were going to change for me. I no longer had to hide myself away, I was going to be smiling and laughing more instead of holding it in which does in fact cause you to feel sadness, and I was over being sad. I lost my father 2-3-21 and what would’ve been his 70th birthday was the date my new life was being sent to me. I am in a new relationship, I started a business, and when the time comes I’ll be able to walk into that courtroom and testify against my abuser/attacker with confidence.

I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED with the way the team of INSTASMILE stayed on top of getting my impression RIGHT and it REALLY made me feel like that when I got my NEW SMILE that I was going to be 100 percent HAPPY with the RESULTS because I had to do my top impressions 7 times but I was fine because I knew they only wanted PERFECTION in what I wanted THANKS INSTASMILE for being so PROFESSIONAL !!!!!!

My veneers came in perfectly and I put them through a lot, I finally had to break down and use my warranty and the whole process was quick, easy, and made me feel at ease. I am so glad I went to instasmile

So after three attempts of instasmile making my veneers, they have decided to only give me a partial refund even though their website says that I am entitled to a full refund if defective, which they were. So now I am out $149 and have nothing to show for it. Because I can't wear any of the veneers that they sent me. They told me just to keep them, like, "What, am i going to hang them up as decoration?" They attempted to say that it was because of the molds that I sent them. I watched their instructional videos and did it exactly the way that they did it in the videos, held it in place for 5 minutes. Even sent them a video of me doing that which they approved, and now they are telling me there's nothing they can do for me. they're not even willing to try again by sending me another mold. just, sorry, we can't help you. here's a little bit of money for the $360 purchase that you made, oh, and you get to keep the veneers that we sent you, That I can't do anything with. The very first pair which I told them were perfect other than the fact that the back came up a little too high on my gum line and caused me to have a lisp and cause the veneers to pool saliva. All they had to do was take those pair back and take a Dremel and fix the area that was too high and send them back to me but they insisted that the third pair that they sent me was going to be perfect even though I told them that they would not clip onto my teeth like they are supposed to, and then they sent them back with the same issue. And now the company ZIP which is the payment plan I used to purchase them and paid off, sent me my "partial" refund to a card that is deactivated, so now I may never get my money. The person they had in my state making the veneers needs to be fired because clearly he does not know how to do his job.

I would give it zero stars if it was an option. I have now had my impression kit for a year & still not had any of my impressions approved. They want you to send in a photo of your impressions & then after a few failed attempts at that, you have to send full videos. First it was impression is too far foward, then too far back, not deep enough, you moved during the impression so its distorted. Then when I had to provide a video they said I didn’t leave it in long enough only too find out the impression time has now changed to 5minutes & my instruction sheet said 4minutes. Im ready to throw the kit out, they aren’t ever going to approve my photos/videos & you can’t send in the impression without it being approved. Don’t bother thinking they will refund you either, because the box is open. The thing is I didn’t pay $500 for the box, I paid $500 for a set of snap on veneers that I magically still do not have after 1 year.
