The veneers are junk. . They broke within a month. . I would have to say , to their credit, the veneers looked good, but they don't hold up. The insurance seems to be worthless. I made 8 impressions for a replacement and they kept saying they were rejected. . I paid $550. 00 for top and bottom, for nothing. . Beware. . .

Good customer service when it comes to your warranty

I have two missing front teeth and have had a partial denture made to use temporality until I can afford two implants and a full crown replacement. The denture is the most uncomfortable thing ever and so I decided to try Instasmile as an alternative in the meantime. Easy process and great customer service. Any question asked was always met with a very detailed answer. These took about 3 weeks from shipping out the molds to receiving the inserts. I am very impressed with the feel and the look. I had worn my beautiful veneers out for over a year and they lasted a long time through some tough nights. When they finally snapped i was able to use my warranty and get a new set. Now I can keep smiling beautifully until my next dental Appointment. My veneers have kept my self esteem intact until i was able to afford a permanent solution.

Ok. . . . . I must say it's an amazing company and I would recommend it 100%. The team is so nice and they talk to you whenever you have a question about the order. If you follow the instruction you will receive the order so fast. They totally deserve all the money, and I cannot believe the veneers fits me so good and so natural. My friends are impressed. This company has completely changed my life for the better. I was initially unsure about it at first as it came up on an advert on social media. As its sonething I considered with my local dentist which turned out was far to expensive that idea stalled so I did some research to see if it was real. The reviews I found were amazing and the videos and photos of other instasmilers just pushed me to try it out, it was also a fraction of the price at my dentist. I'm so grad I did try this company. Every step of the way they supported me, advised me and kept me updated at every step along the way. Once my impressions which they send you was confirmed to be good I sent them off in the envelope provided and waited. They told me they had the impressions, then told me they've made rhe moulds and then again to say that they're ready to send. Once they arrived I read the instructions and then immediately put them in. Man what a difference to my old smile which was chipped teeth and holes. Now I have a real smile and I'm not afraid to use it anywhere. They're comfortable and very well made. Yes you get a slight lisp to begin with but once your mind forgets the vineers are in the lisp goes, mine took a couple of hours but once it was gone you'd think they were just my usual teeth. My confidence is growing daily and I will be adding a bottom set to match eventually. I'm so happy to be an instasmiler and you will be too.

hey have sorted this now and I am happy with the response. I have not had any response to my email nearly a week ago, I have asked to cancel 2 days after ordering and the impression kit has been sent, I want my money back as I need to order the upper and lower set and at discounted rate for paying in full, I am starting to look at alternatives even though I was looking forward to these. I just want to send my impression kit back!!

So I have to say I got my veeners today. I struggled with getting the impressions right. It took me three tries. Two with the puddy included then I also bought the no stress impressions and those finally worked. I had a couple of fit issues once I got them but they fixed them and now they are just amazing. I would not recommend eating in them but other than that I just think it was so worth it!!!!!! The Customer Service team was really thorough and I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. If you are on the fence about getting them I encourage you to buy. I am very very happy with the results.

I got these as I went through 15 years of depression caused by PTSD which caused lack of self care and in turn lack of self care which caused loss of teeth. The loss of teeth caused low self confidence and even after conquering PTSD left a permanent reminder. I didn’t expect much from the product but was willing to try anything, I chose the dynamic in A1 and have to say am amazed with the results, I can say that I have my self confidence without spending thousands with implants. Thank you instasmile, my wife was jealous and has since ordered a set for herself.

Received my veneer today. They are going to take some time to get used to but that's to be expected ,having said that they are a life saver and look great. From first contact with Instasmile and throughout the entire process this company has excelled. The impression process took a few times to get right , however the people at Instasmile guided me through it Admirable. What a wonderful lot they all are.

Got my Veneers, loved them and within three weeks stupidly left them in my tracksuit bottoms. Washed them and put them in the dryer -of course unaware that they were in there. Completely ruined -Told Instasmile, replacement veneers immediately in the post -no charge. Exactly as per the warranty. Top top support at all times. Great experience.

They take $149 if you are deemed unsuitable. Rather than require suitability photos prior to taking the initial order of $540, they send you the kit, and take your money, and later they tell you that you’re at fault for not knowing their refund policy word for word (it’s buried deep in their terms, and they make it clear that it’s always going to be the customer’s fault if they are unsuitable or something does not fit right). They also will come on here and humiliate you for posting bad reviews. They told one guy the issue was not them, they apologized that he had really bad tartar buildup. They will tell you anything to make you feel worse about being unsuitable for a product that they advertise is for pretty much everyone. The suitability question before placing your order (where an easy solution is to REQUIRE PHOTOS BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER), is short and simple and intentionally worded to ensure nearly everyone who wants to send them money is deemed suitable right away. They don’t require the suitability photos until they have taken your $540 and the kit is on its way. This way they are sure to at least retain $149 of your money either way.

At first I thought it was going to be a disaster. Take my money and send me a terrible product. Mixed reviews on doing the impressions made me anxious. It took me several tries but the approval went through right away when I got them correct. Fast process and shipping. I love my veneers! I feel like a whole new person. Way better than I expected.

Excellent service and back up support. I had an issue with my impressions which were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I would certainly recommend Instasmile and I have done so to my brother who has ordered veneers already.

The staff were very helpful every time I called. They thoroughly explained to me what to do and how to do it. They literally made this experience less stressful, and made me feel comfortable talking about this sensitive subject.
