Great customer service!

I recently was trying to buy a protective cover for a new iPhone. I love your product and warranty, but found the search on your site for what I was looking for to be lacking, leading me to a wrong first purchase. When I needed to correct it, I found it difficult to get the customer service I needed, having to email the questions. I finally found what I needed on my own, but the email confirmed my find to be correct. It used to be so much easier to contact and work with your company, this time it was just too much work. I did return the initial first incorrect order successfully, and was refunded, thank you, but it was a lot of effort in what should have been a quick purchase that turned out to be not so quick.

Cable works as advertised but should of come with the charging unit I purchased, and not have to purchase separately. ZAGG did uphold its reputation by providing this to me at no charge, since the website didn't say anything about having the need to purchase a special separate cable to use the charging unit.

It was easy to order online and super simple to place on my phone.

Upon opening the package I noticed there was a deep crease in the screen protector. I've return this package and still have not received my refund. Please refund ASAP Thank you.

Peeled up and chipped in less than a week. Not worth fighting the warranty because shipping is more than I paid for the item.

I bought a dual usb-c car charger. It didn’t work. It was a nightmare to get hold of customer services. Who said they had sent a new one : eventually. It still hasn’t arrived. I doubt it will work. And we will go through another one to two month cycle if it does not. No doubt. No “I’m so sorry that our product was faulty”. Just an eventual will replace it (by the slowest possible cheapest possible courtier) not “let us get you one we know works urgently”. Dealing with these bots and emails makes me despair. Customer service is dead. Talking to a human about a problem is dead. Your company makes me sad for the state of the world.

Purchased a screen protector for my android. The bubbles disappeared after a day but the edge of the protector doesn't stay on (near the camera). I went to order a replacement but im not paying $10 for shipping so I guess in the garbage it goes. Also you have to get used to pressing/tapping harder on your screen compared to when you don't have any protectors on it.

Item was for sale, and as it turns out the deal was too good to be true. Worked when it came out of the box and then immediately stopped working once I removed it from my phone. It hasn’t worked since on any of the IPhone’s we’ve tried it on.

Sent wrong item. Tried to request the correct item, but still haven’t received it yet. Not currently thrilled with the customer service received.

I’ve ordered from ZAGG for years. As always, they are very consistent with customer service and products!

I ordered two shields and you sent one. It took three weeks to get the second one.

Do not buy if you live in Alaska or Hawaii as it takes more than a month to arrive.

Misunderstood ended up with a flexible screen protector instead of the pure glass screen protector this one smears very badly.

I bought two glass screen protectors and when we put them both on the both got an air bubble the size of a quarter that won’t come out. Not sure why as we were very careful to make sure iPads were clean before applying protectors. I feel they may be defective but don’t feel I should have to make two claims and pay for shipping again for replacements either. They are annoying to see on the screens. Plus I’d have to pay to have the bad ones removed. I’m not happy with how things turned out.

I purchased a Zagg Everest Kickstand case for my new S23 Ultra. Less than a month in and I had forgotten my phone on the dash of my car. When I accelerated, the phone flew off the dash and onto the floor. The middle left side of my $1,199 phone CRACKED. The case did not extend enough above the screen to shield the impact so now I need to replace the screen!!! Really??? If a case cost $69, and is supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread, it should protect the front of the phone from a 2’ fall. Now I have to pay to fix my phone and get a new case that will actually protect my cell phone. The case should extend enough above the screen to protect it from exactly this type of accident. Fortunately, I bought the insurance, unfortunately, it’s going to cost me $49.99 to fix my brand new phone! I’m VERY disappointed.

Product is too big, pretty heavy and not really stable to hold a phone. I wanted to return the product and I had to pay for the shipping label. Haven't had to do that in a long time and will def. impact my decision for future purchases.

The product is what I expected. The process leaves a lot to be desired. It is too automated to allow any change to the purchase because of my mistake which could not be corrected in time to prevent a purchase of too many products.

Does a pretty decent job of reducing glare. Easy to install. My main complaint is shipping took over a week just to leave their warehouse for an “in stock” item

I received a case that looks like it a misfit or what we used to call seconds . Maybe I didn’t read and that’s what I ordered but I consider myself a professional shopper and I would find it pretty hard to believe that I missed that in the description. But it is what it is and for 7.00 it’s not worth the hassle of returning. Having said that it seems to be a solid case construction wise so we will see!
