Replacement Fail
I have always used Zagg protectors for all of my electronics. For my two new IPhone 13s (me and my wife), I purchased them directly from Zagg for the first time. They both saved the screens from damage during separate events in Nov and Dec, and I tried many times to get them replaced, but Zagg was completely non-responsive. I finally went to Best Buy and bought two new ones. Love the product, but absolutely hate the customer service because it is non-existant

Could not get bubbles out
I followed the instructions. I have put many zagg screen protectors on before, but this one did not go well. Still have little bubbles all over. Would get another one but it feels wasteful and the shipping for replacements has gone up so much.

Never worked. Delivered dead.
It seems this was a pretty common issue as I wasn’t the only one that had that happen. In theory this is probably amazing if it works but it was delivered dead and did not work or take charge. The process to get a hold of someone to refund or solve is so tedious. I’m rooting for the company but this is not the first time this has happened with a battery pack form them.

Came in pretty quickly, covers 98% of the screen using an otterbox case. Love the privacy feature works better than many other brands. Would buy again!

Fell off within a week.
I followed the installation instructions entirely and made sure my watch face was clean and degreased prior to installing the cover. I got done working out one day, and looked down and saw the film had completely rolled back from the face of the watch. I tried to put it back but at that point the adhesive was completely gone. ZAGG has a warranty program but wants you to pay $10 shipping to replace the product. Pretty terrible warranty program for a defective product.

It is a great product. However I needed one that fits my phone, a Galaxy S20. So, I returned this product.

Product great shipping problem
The product is perfect, ordered 2 and 1 was sipped took 1 1/2 weeks to get second one warehouse messed up!

Difficult to get installed correctly
Purchased this for my new watch and have installed many phone Zagg screen protectors. Found the watch install to be difficult and almost impossible to get right. Ended up throwing it in the trash and a warranty replacement was almost the cost of the protector to ship it to me so I'll risk it I guess.

Better then expected.
At first it seems a bit expensive and i was unsure id its worth it. But now that i used at my first trip and glad i bought it. It is so comfortable to be able to load several devices all at one spot. I had my phone, my tablet and the battery charger for the camera. You need only one wall socket and have it all together. I will use at home the same way, really confortable. Worth its price for me!

Very unsatisfied with what I
Very unsatisfied with what I got. The protector does not even curve on the ends to cover all my phone, the protector is straight and hangs over the edge of my phone. For the price, I expect alot better. I also ordered a privacy screen, and they sent the wrong one. They make it super difficult to speak to someone to exchange or get my money back. I really do not recommend ZAGG. Not worth the price

Not a Universal Fit
Had to return because this band is really for smaller wrists only but not advertised as such. Zagg’s return process is straightforward.

Defective product
I would not have even given any star rating other than it was required to submit review. Complete waste of money. The volume up and down buttons are impossible to push. I am very disappointed in ZAGG making and then selling such a defective product. This should never have been approved for sale. You have a return policy but I would have to pay to return this defective product!!!!

customer service and returns
took an hour to reach someone on the phone to cancel order then still received the product anyways. instead of free return I paid 15$ to ship it back. will not order from zagg.com again

The Keyboard/trackpad case seems to be good, but the shipping was awful! I ordered the case along with the 4-pack of replacement stylus points. I was all put into a shipping box that was MUCH too large, but with absolutely NO packing material. So the case knocked around inside this large box, nearly crushing the small box with replacement points, enough that ALL of the points came out and were just loose in the big shipping box. And to top it all off, this oversize shipping box was not even sealed well -- it was open when the shipper left it on the porch!! Even Amazon does a better shipping job!! :-(
