Frustration and difficult
Online request to replace my first rugged book was difficult and time consuming. The online agent quoted me a price. I had to call to place the order. Long wait time and the new agent quoted me a different price. I told him about the price I was quoted and he said he needed the name of the agent who quoted me the original price . I couldn’t remember her name so he wanted a screenshot of the online offer. I scroll back and finally found the online quote. By then he said he’d found the agent’s name and had talked to her and finally honored the quote. Frustrating, to say the least.

Too Tight Fit, A Little Slip
My original Pro Keys without a trackpad fit like a glove. It stopped working. I thought I would upgrade, and have a track pad, but I don't feel this one fits my iPad as well. The first one I received, was just flat out too short to do a complete wrap around. Customer Service was great, and sent me out a replacement right away. I received it, and I am going to keep it, but I still feel it only really fits well if I don't have my stylus in the holder. The flap used to close the cover still just doesn't have the magnetic grab of the regular Pro Keys. I also feel like the magnetic hold of the back cover is not quite what it should be, and the back cover slips a bit, which makes me a little paranoid about my iPad slipping out. BUT, the keyboard and trackpad work beautifully.

Zagg is terrible
The screen cracks super easy.. best privacy screen.. at the cost of fragility. Zagg, gave me a 2 day shipping code.. it’s been 14 days waiting to have the item picked up by the carrier.. they sent me this review long before it even shipped..

Was able to find what
Was able to find what I needed for my older phone. Took a little bit, but was able to locate it. Have bought covers/sheild protector for my phone before and it works great.

The products are good… but I replaced identical case and screensaver which were cracking and peeling. I paid full price for the screen saver and had to wait over a month to replace them… I suppose I should have asked for a warranty replacement

It will not attach to my ac vent
The device seems fine, but it does not have a long enough hook to attach to a Lexus ac vent. Consequently, neither my wife nor I cannot use it and there is not a return policy, so I wasted my purchase.

Received broken
Received broken Mophie wireless charger and tried to return to a retail store and they sent me away with no assistance. I was told since I ordered this Product online, has to be returned. The website does not allow you to talk to any real person to find instructions.

If I had got the one I order I might of been felt better but don't and I really didn't like that I had to pay for the shipping to send it back to pay for something I didn't order made no sense to me because I never had to do that any time before when I sent something back to you and your Customer service guy that I had to deal with had a really BAD ATTITUDE and your probably going to lose me as a long time Customer

There’s a reason I always come back

the worst case for fold 4
the power button is inconvenient to press, the front screen is protected with huge sides, the poor hinge protection mechanism sticks constantly, do not stick the magnetic plate to the back of the case
