We really like the cover. It's a snug fit though. We have to press it down to ensure it's charging in the station. And be gentle removing it to swap the controllers in order to charge them.

The case was a disappointment. The buttons are so very hard to press. Customer service was excellent

The shield cracked and chipped within a week. I tried ordering a warranty replacement but I have to pay $10 for shipping and handling. That’s ridiculous. I am highly disappointed.

As usual Zagg delivers a quality product at a good price. My favorite store for a number of years.

Privacy feature works well. Installation tools are excellent for first free perfect alignment of the protective screen on the phone. I placed phone on a bar stool at home and it fell 3 ft onto a tile floor and cracked. I also have a simple phone case around the iphone. Zagg is happy to send me a replacement for $10 shipping cost which seems a bit expensive. Will likely try another brand to see if that’s more robust

The magsafe charger for the phone was not included in my package. No number to easily call to report this. Obviously disappointed. This needs to be sent right away.

Ordered on 2nd May, waited 10 days for it to arrive, then within a week of putting it on, I noticed it had somehow come off! Only good thing is that it applied easily & didn’t detract from the look of the watch. Granted the lifetime warranty replacement is a plus, but I feel rather aggrieved paying £6+ postage when its clearly a design flaw. Zagg must know it too, because in the warranty reasons for replacement drop down options, it actually says “FELL OFF”! So having paid £25 for it, it wont be long before the postage costs add up to the same value! Not impressed & so far all Zagg have offered it £2 off the postage! Awaiting further response from them….
