I originally had an Otterbox
I originally had an Otterbox for my new phone. The case made my phone heavy and it wouldn't fit in my purse pockets. I am so happy to have security for my phone, and it will still fit in my purse securely.

100% Does not fit
The glass was too long and not only split the front facing camera but hung over the edge of the contour of the display preventing the screen protector from properly adhering to the display. Then, with the case installed, the over length portions were pressed up creating air pockets all over the screen making it absolutely unusable! 10/10 would NOT recommend! Bonus, shipping and processing took way too long (around 2 weeks)

An awesome iPhone case
My silicone case fell apart so I was looking for something a little more rugged. I found it on Zagg. This case is more rugged and protects my phone better than my last case!

Product = great, Shipping = Fail
I ordered this product 3 weeks before a trip and was told shipping would be 5-7 business days. It did not arrive until one week after I already left on my trip. I had to buy it at the Apple Store the day before I left. There should be no reason why shipping took a month and now I have to return it because I don't need two. Please give an accurate shipping ballpark date so that we may make decisions with accurate information.

Product nice/warranty service sucks
I originally purchased this screen protector for my Samsung S20 FE, the warranty was supposed to replaced the screen if it cracked. The screen protector did indeed protect the screen, however, the screen protect cracked and I took it back to Best Buy to get a replacement, they did it, the next time it cracked they advised they no longer sold this particular screen protector. They advised me to contact Zagg directly to get a replacement screen protector. Zagg was charging $9.99 for shipping and handling fee for a warranty replacement. I think that price is absurd for a small piece of glass. Also, there was no way to speak to a live person. I can still get an Otterbox product for my IPhone 8 Plus and it’s over 11 years old. I just bought the S20 FE in 2021, why take it off the market so soon. If the warranty was only a 1 time replacement, that should have been stated upfront. I had to go to pay full price for a replacement screen protector because Zagg didn’t stand behind their warranty. I’m not happy about the poor customer I received and that your warranty is basically a rip off, if you don’t supply the original stores with replacement screen protectors and the customer have to deal directly with you and you’re emptying our pockets for $10 for shipping.

Zagg sends wrong size
This was a suggested upgrade on a previous product that was deficient to replace. It suggested a size incompatible with my phone. I’ve paid for shipping both ways on the wrong replacement item. Last time for this company.

I pray it doesn’t go wrong. As I deeply hope never to have to deal with you again. My experience has been awful with you. You nasty, pedantic time wasting …. Jus bad people to deal with. If you’re reading this : don’t buy from these nasty people.

Nothing worked. Back and forwards with Zagg “customer support”. Than an eBat dispute. Now you want me to send the cable back to you at my own expense for a “full refund”. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

The middle charger has went out me three times, the other two have worked great. when you send this in for a return 10 dollars every time I would not recommend this charger for travel.

You need your watch cord to plug in to charge your watch. Needing multiple cords defeats the simplicity that’s intended for this item. Returned at my expense. Customer service, or lack there of, was the worst part. No phone number. Extremely difficult to find return information. Submitted an online inquiry which was never returned. Will never purchase from Zagg again bcuz returns are way too difficult.

"Missed by that much"
I would have given 5 stars, but I ordered 2 screen protectors, only received 1. To their credit, a replacement was shipped a week later (multiple emails required)

Horrible product, and support is even worse! Zero communication on problems, open a support request only to see them close it and or ignore it. Buy another brand, delete this one from your cart.
