I’m so glad I found RTA when we began our home renovations. Jon has been the best and always takes care of us!! We have many upcoming projects, all of which will involve RTA and Jon!! Couldn’t be happier!!

This company is simply a reseller, they do not manufacture anything. They do not have any control over creating, inventorying or shipping. They do not have communication—other than email—with the real manufacturer. When there is a problem that reps cannot solve it because of these issues. Be very wary about purchasing from them

I recently finished working with my designer, Deb A. on my kitchen design, and the experience has been everything I expected and more! From the start, Deb has been attentive, creative, and always available when I have questions. I really appreciate how responsive and patient she’s been throughout the whole process. Even though the project isn't finished yet, I already feel confident that the final result will be beautiful thanks to her expertise and guidance! Can’t wait to show her the “after” pics!

Steve was great in helping design the kitchen. This not the first time I’ve used RTA and I am very happy with the results.

The product is pretty good. Nice finish. Website is slick. This company needs to hire several customer service reps. I've been working for months now on getting owed refunds. Part of my order was not shipped. "Sample" doors--I returned them, but no refund received. I do not recommend them unless they hire some more help. Also, assembly instructions aren't very good.

We are very happy with the quality of the cabinet. We really liked the color. We had some missing parts and some stuffs were missed but Sydney took care of it and we are really happy with the service as well. We recommend RTA store for everyone who are looking for quality cabinets at the best price. No one was able to beat their price.

Just have to say our designer Nancy B. did a FANTASTIC job helping us get everything designed and getting everything in a quote for us. We're still just blown away with all the 3D renderings she did for us. We've been working with her for over a year now on these cabinets, and I have to say she is phenomenal. We've ordered through this company many, many times and this transaction has been the best by far! I truly enjoyed working with her, she is an absolute asset to this company! Thank you Nancy!

I really enjoyed being able to customize our kitchen using the kitchen tool. I absolutely love the colors that we picked out. And our design consultant responded very quickly and helped us design a great kitchen for our remodel. However, the cabinets are very difficult to put together. And then when we finally went to put the cabinets together, we are missing three cabinets that were not put on the order form but were in the floor plan. When we got our shipments, we were just verifying the order form, which is why they were missing and we did not realize. Now we are over budget and behind schedule due to having to pay for additional shipping and cabinets. Our original order was shipped in two parts which meant that my husband or myself had to take time off work for the deliveries and now we have to take another day off. Not to mention that we now we have make another three cabinets, which is very time-consuming. We also had scheduled people to help put in the cabinets in place and had to postpone this. Customer service was quick to help me order the new cabinets but would not give us any additional discounts for the inconvenience. We were really excited about this new kitchen but are very disappointed in how this all turning out.

I worked with designer Lauren eventually placing a large order for a new construction project. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the samples I received and Lauren was very responsive and patient as we worked through all of the changes and adjustments. Looking forward to receiving the actual project and getting my install going. So far in the process, would recommend!
