The customer service and assistance were outstanding. The sample received looked top quality and gorgeous. However. where sunlight reached the cabinet, the areas on top and bottom where the grain were horizontal changed to almost white from the “toffee” color. I have never experienced that before. Without sunlight it looked the true color and really beautiful.

The experience with the sales representative was great, very helpful and always on time. You have difficulties getting the samples, I ask for 3 colors and I got 2 white ones and one wood, I didn’t get the light gray I picked

Easy to navigate their website, found the exact kitchen cabinets I have been envisioning for a few years, they are real wood, amazing quality, great customer service, shipping was very fast AND the prices were unreal. I can’t believe how cheap it was to completely remodel our kitchen. We were so impressed with the quality, service and pricing that we decided to remodel our dining room (we had no previous intentions of remodeling it), adding a wall of cabinets.

I want to share my opinion. I love the quality of their product. I had received a sample, a panel for my kitchen cabinets, and I was astonished. I was so excited that the quality in the material was just great. The design of the panel was just gorgeous. It was the exact color, that I wanted to put into my kitchen decoration. It was the right thickness in the size of the panel, the right pattern, that I'm looking for in my cabinetry. So I am well pleased with the quality In the product that I am buying from them. Overall, I am a happy customer. And I highly recommend this company to consumers in buying cabinetry from them!!

When a friend recommended going to an online cabinet supplier I was hesitant. I did order a sample door from the one they recommended but I wasn't impressed. I continued looking and came across RTA Cabinet store. They had exactly what I was looking for so I ordered the sample. I was so impressed with it that I actually called and asked if this was indicative of what I would receive. They assured me that it was. Then I went online and started looking at configurations. So many choices and slightly daunting but once I measured my space and decided what I wanted it all fell into place pretty easily. I asked my installer to verify my measurements, took a deep breath and placed my order. We decided to get the cabinets fully assembled and were so glad we did. It ended up being a huge time (and probably stress) saver. I was really skeptical that the cabinets would come as quickly as promised but 10 days later, there they were. The shipping company was also amazing. They offloaded everything into my garage. The cabinets were on pallets and were wrapped extremely well. Not only wasn't there a scratch on the cabinets but there wasn't even a scratch on the wrapping! Next came the install. Our installer kept telling us what nice quality our cabinets were and much nicer than the cabinets he just finished installing for someone else which made us feel great about our choice. My only slight issue was that I was missing a dishwasher end panel and I needed to order one more piece of filler. I called customer service and was helped immediately and 3 days later I had what I needed. Pretty incredible! This is the 3rd kitchen I've remodeled and I have to say it was by far the easiest to do. From demo to new kitchen in 2 1/2 weeks seems almost unbelievable but that's exactly what happened. I can't recommend these guys enough! Not only will you save a bunch of money but you'll have wonderful quality cabinets. Thank you to RTA Cabinet Store, you guys are incredible!

Her suggestions were on target every time and she really listened and correctly anticipated exactly what design would best fit our needs, Hands down - she was amazing, and we so enjoyed working with her!!

I am so upset with the delivery company. They didn't think they would be able to turn around in the neighborhood I spoke to the driver and told him the road circled around. He didn't believe me so he set my $9000 in cabinets on the side of the road with nobody else around land almost a mile from the job. Infact I may fill a lawsuit with them or you whoever is responsible

My experience ordering kitchen cabinets with RTA was pleasant. Danielle was efficient and easy to work with to finalize the design. She returned my calls and answered questions in a timely manner and gave valuable insight. The shipment was delivered within a week of my order. The cabinets have not yet been installed so I can not review the finished product.

The process from start to delivery was very quick. Shayla was on top of it all the way and dealt with any questions immediately. Have still to put the cabinets together but so far they look great.

It’s advertised that samples are free shipping. It wasn’t until after I was charged $12. 99 that I finally found that it’s free for up to 3 samples. A little frustrating that I had to hunt for that detail.

Please provide a color chart comparing the relative brightness/tones of your white color cabinets on your website. I’ve had to order 3 white cabinet samples over the last two weeks to get a comparison. While the inexpensive samples are great and the full size is very helpful, they may not always be necessary and do add time to the process.

First, let me say these cabinets look incredible, function well and we delivered quickly. That said, they’re ready to assemble by experienced professionals with all the proper tools handy. The assembly required wood glue, precise alignment, creating your own jigs and a pneumatic staple gun. Finding instructions was difficult, they weren’t sent with the cabinets and you either had to download an app or mess with starting and pausing a video. These were by far the most difficult assemblies of any cabinets or furniture I’ve ever done.
