Do not order from here. They outsource all of their packing and shipping and the shipping companies do not care how well the cabinets are packaged. We have received 25% of our order damaged due to NO PROTECTIVE material put around the cabinets. The company itself gives you a runaround when you attempt to resolve the issue.

Two cabinets was damaged, was taken out of box and inspected and two was damaged.

Shayla at RTA cabinets answered all my questions and helped me get everything I needed for my DIY kitchen renovation in one order. My white frameless kitchen cabinets came out great and were easy to assemble. 10 out of 10.

Shipping dept. sucks, long box with Crown moldings and scribe arrived with both ends of box opened. Ends were only taped up with 2 pieces of clear tape and moldings were rubbing against each other. Luckly everything was there just scuffed up. 4' x 8' panel has a hole in it from shipping damage from shipper. hopefully I can work around it. Molding box should of had strapping tape on ends and moldings should of had some packing materials to prevent surface damage to moldings.

Good so far I need to assemble the cabinets yet and install them.

So far the service from Adam Hughes has been great. I haven’t received the cabinets yet, so much still remains to be seen.
