What is the Quality of the cabinets? Presswood or real wood?

Shannon did an excellent job in designing 2 bathrooms and a complete kitchen overhaul. The cabinets are equal to custom made and we could not be happier with the results.

I had a minor problem checking out in my cart and emailed for support. The representative Jon Goodsell reached out the next day and spent 45 minutes reveiwing my order to make sure i wasnt missing something and making suggestions for my needs. He walked me through they whole process and got my cart situated so i could place the order. Great represtentitive. The site has selection and payment options also. Thank you all, and especially Jon.

Tiffany was quick with response, i could email or call her and she did kitchen layouts in a day or two. Definitely a pleasure to work with. I have ordered cabinets for about four homes so far and will continue to do so. I love the plywood construction, dove tail and soft close drawers.

Kelly was so helpful while assembling these cabinets. Anyone can sell you something, but it’s the service after the sell that you get with RTA. 5-Star!

This is my second time ordering from RTACabinetStore - this time I opted for the free design consultation to double-check my plans, and Shayla was great at refining my order, removing things I didn't actually need and suggesting some things that would improve the finished kitchen. Definitely happy with the overall experience and I intend to use them again!

Kate Falkenhagen made the cabinet design and ordering process so easy and stress-free. She helped create a great kitchen layout and made sure everything was measured and planned out perfectly. She was very knowledgeable about the RTA cabinet options and made sure every detail of the order was correct. Communication was clear, quick, and professional throughout the whole process. I really appreciate how smooth she made everything.

Lauren is our designer and she was great. Explained the design cabinet by cabinet. The cabinets arrived in a week quicker than expected. We are still building them and so far so good. The drawer cabinets are super sturdy.

I did not receive the ordered product, which is no reflection on RTA, as the USPS says it was delivered but I did not receive it. I gave it one star as I am unable to review a product that I did not receive.

Bought back in July. Still fighting with this company and their products. Deb the designer was an abysmal failure for us. Ended up costing us an extra $2,000 or so. I am so tired of having to fight and figure out how to install the floating shelves in the pantry. Lots of parts, no instructions. I wish I could talk to someone in customer service who had a clue on how to do anything.

So far the product that was delivered was not our product and no one could tell us what to do with the other product. As for my cabinets I can’t answer this because I am still waiting

Great company! Excellent and responsive customer service team. Shannon was very helpful. Product quality is also excellent. My only negative comment is around the delivery. They deliver on wood pallets and leave the pallet for the customer to dispose of. Would be nice if they just left the boxes. I would 100% use them again.

We ordered the sage cabinets for our kitchen they are beautiful. We love them so much!!

We are building a new home and I searched high and low for the exact cabinets I wanted. After many cabinet samples ordered from all over. I found the ones I wanted at RTA Cabinets!! I LOVED the customer service. We used the free kitchen and bathroom design and we couldn't be more happy with our designer! Kate was so wonderful with all the changes we made. She did an amazing job taking my inspiration/dream kitchens and helped us find a way to make them in our budget. Feels so good to have this checked off on our house to do list! We are still waiting for them to arrive, but I know we will love them!

12,000 order. Great service and communication on out of stock items. 4 pallets of items plus multiple UPS shipments all coordinated well and they quickly handled any misisng/damaged items.
