Overall I really like these headphones. The fit is fantastic, the noise canceling while in is great, and the sound quality is great. A couple of improvement suggestions, when wireless, the microphone is a little obtrusive around the ear, and after wearing for 4 hours on the plane, my ears did get a little sore. I received my UE5 headphones about a week ago. They sound really amazing. The only thing that I think could be fixed is that the Bluetooth cable doesn’t really wrap around your ear well. It’s a bit flimsy and doesn’t stay wrapped around you ear. Meaning it can’t really bed and stay bent. Other than that they sound really good.

Great fit and sound

If you do not want that complete isolation from all outside noise, this is a great feature for you. It is just enough allowance to not have to play with one ear in and one out. Only negative is it’s canal on my UE7 customs are very small and can be hard to clean.

I’ve always been a big fan of UE and their products, and this was by far my favorite purchase. These UE7 customs are perfect for me as a guitarist. They deliver a balanced mid range with the right amount of bass. Turn around time was right around 10 days after they received my molds. Customer service or anyone I talked to was super informative. The customer service at UE is very good. I purchased the UE 7 CSX, but what I really needed was the UE 7 PRO. Customer service helped me switch my order after it had been placed. They were friendly in the email communications and also timely with their responses... The UE 7 PRO model is awesome!! I can finally hear how music is meant to be heard. Over the years of playing shows with different metal bands, it was always difficult to hear things well on stage. The UE 7 PRO eliminates that problem completely. The custom fitting does a great job of blocking out external noise. I’m also able to save my ears a bit by being able to play at a lower volume since I no longer have to struggle to hear each instrument. The turnaround time for receiving the product is also very good. It arrived fast and secure. I love my new investment :sign_horns|type_2:😎👍

I recently received my UE 5's and found the fit in one of the ears a little too tight. Sad and worried I spent $$$ on something that I couldn't wear for more than a couple minutes, I reached out to the company explaining my issue. They quickly hooked me up with a short questionnaire to help determine exactly what adjustments have to be made then sent me a return label so I could ship the earphones back for some tweaking. Gotta say I just sent them back, but am really impressed with the empathy shown by this company that I have no doubt the adjustments will result in a perfect fit!

The fit is a little snug and is uncomfortable after a few minutes. They are harder than I thought they would be. The sound is excellent though. Maybe my fitting is the reason for the discomfort.

Unparalleled

Can’t beat the sound quality. You get what you pay for there. Battery life is my only gripe. I work in public accounting, so tax season is filled with endless days in the office. I would like to see the BT cable last more than 4 hours if I forget the separate battery at home.

They fit perfect and the sound quality is outstanding. You hear note and melody of each song played.
