I’ve always been a fan of Bose because BOSE hahaha. I decided to try the UE fits due to the customization of it being molded, and let me tell you. Wow. Sound quality is amazing and even better due to the customization of the EQ. Better yet. The fit is so comfortable I can wear them all day with no discomfort. If you haven’t already or are debating. Do yourself and your ears a favor and order a pair of UE FITS

Got these & on the first round of use, had to turn down the levels from what I previously used of eq & volume! Took a little longer than I anticipated to get them but worth the wait!! Customer service contact has quite a bit of improvement it could use. As with so many businesses these days, phone call to them is difficult if not impossible & email response time was & could be days. So, if you’re not in a hurry, they’re a great set of buds!!!

I've used some decent in-ears, like most of Shure's universals, Fenders, and a few others, but my UE7 Pros are the best in-ear monitors I've ever used, and it's not even close. I use them on stage as a guitarist, and they're just so clear and clean, and I can hear everything that I want to hear 👌

I am so pleased with my choice to purchase the UE7 Pros! UE are definitely pros when it comes to great sound quality. I was previously using a competitor's 2 driver universal pair of IEMs. They sounded fine, nothing special. When I got my new UE7s I did a quick comparison, first with my old IEMs and then the new. WOW! What a difference! The lows, mids, and highs are perfectly balanced. The vocals easily cut through the band. Everything just sounds clean! No mid-range muddiness in this sound. I look forward to putting these IEMs on each time!

I have tried many many in ear monitors and over the ear phones over time. I shied away from UE because of the cost. I couldn't have more wrong. These are definitely the best i have ever heard. BUY this you will be glad you did.

I bought during a promotion and with a lot of bad user error from my end, I still received my pair with great fitting. Great sound with comfortable fitting! Been enjoy it a lot!

It's only been a week but so far I'm loving the sound. It's crisp clean and whether I'm listening to music, podcasts, or calls it's all coming through fluidly. Occasionally I've had issues with the Bluetooth not having a clear connection if the phone isn't within 10 feet, that can be frustrating at the gym when I still have line of sight to the phone in an open space and am only about 30 feet away; with Bluetooth 4.1 that shouldn't be a problem.

All I can say is WOW! Just like the other reviews state, you’ll definitely hear new notes in old songs! I got these to wear under my motorcycle helmet. I tried earbuds but they won’t stay put. I\speakers in the helmet sound terrible and left my ears ringing. My UE5 CSX earphones are just right in every way. They fit snugly, block wind noise, and are comfortable all day. My only mistake was not buying the UE 7 or 12’s.. you will be happy with your purchase, so don’t hesitate. It’s a wise use of money if hearing music and all-day comfort are important to you.

I just love these headphones. They fit perfectly in my ears, no bully sections sticking out. The sound quality is fantastic. Best purchase i have made in a while. I am ruined for other headphones.

These are the best headphones/ in ears I’ve ever owned. The quality of the manufacturing, right through to the amazing crystal clear sounds, everything is superior. If you’re on the fence about buying, do it!! You’ll never own a more comfortable, amazing quality headphone.

To preface, I purchased the 18+ CSX and added the Fosted TM2 wireless adapters for my wife, not myself. She has always had issues with earphones fitting properly in her ear canal and even ordering third party fitted tips, nothing seemed to work out for her. Hesitant to pay such a hefty price tag for the 18+, I was wary of spending the money and not getting a fitted, quality product. After much research I settled on UE over the competition. All my fears/questions were answered and taken seriously, which was a great relief. Dealing with Jasmine and Michelle was great and they answered everything within 48 hours and that was even when they were closed for the new year. When the product arrived, we couldn't wait to put the product to the test. They fit perfectly. They sound amazing (Albeit we did have to upgrade her portable DAP, as her current model could not provide the necessary power) Best of all, she can't hear me bantering anymore right next to her, so everybody wins! At the end of the day, I am glad I chose UE over the competition. I don't know what they would have offered that could best my experience with UE. The only complaint I have: The product case that the earphones came in were engraved with "These are custom built for Wesley B." It would have been nice to have the engraving say: for my wife, and not myself or at least have the option to change the engraving verbiage or add a special engraving. Outside of that one complaint, the process was seamless. Thank you again UE!

I’ve tried every type of in-ear, over-the-ear, wired and wireless headphones known to humans. I travel a lot and have super sensitive hearing (like a chip bag opening three aisles away) and the UE 11’s block all of this out and let me be in my own headspace, listening to the music I love. They literally go everywhere with me! With the UE app, I’m able to customize sound profiles so all the right notes come through each time. Take the plunge - you’ll be ecstatic you did!

Overall a quite good experience with great products. But costumer service sometimes are confusing. I have been waiting for a response for more than two weeks but got nothing. I think holiday schedules messed up their time. Now my pro 18+ has passed 30day exchange window, I don’t think their response will matter. If you never tried a pair of UE before, I sincerely suggest you buy it in normal days, not during thanksgiving or Christmas. So you can get the customized experience you deserve.

The best speaker I’ve ever bought. I have three and I’m planning on buying about 5 more for my wedding in October.

Awesome sound quality. I can hear things I’ve never heard in songs before

i read the description of what the ambient feature would do...and that you needed to decide up front whether to pay for it. And i believe the answer is yes....I've just begun using my custom in-ears and the ambiance gives me awareness of other musicians on stage. One of my bands does not use in-ears...i'm just using them with my own vocals over the drums. But I can leave both in-ears in.....and hear the guitar and keyboards...as well as their floor monitored vocals. Without ambiance, I'd have to use only one of the custom molds....the other dangling so i can hear the stage. I know some bands have total isolation and mix everything into the in-ears...and i have one of those bands too! But I've always been a fan of situational awareness...I can't go audibly dark. This ambient upgrade was a gamble i'm glad I took UE up on the offer.
