I wasn’t expecting such great sound and clarity!

I was looking for the perfect travel headphones, ones that sounded like great audio but weren't too big and bulky for use on a plane. I've heard other decent IEM but none that are as comfortable as these or as musical sounding. The comfort is a big deal for me, all other IEMs I've tried irritated my ears after a short while. These are perfectly comfortable for long periods. In addition, the sound is a great deal of fun, very musical, and that's all I care about. Paired with either a DragonFly or Chord Mojo, they are the perfect travel audio system without costing a ridiculous amount of money. It's just me, my iPhone, a Dragonfly Cobalt and these earphones, and I'm as happy as a pig in swill, and it all fits in one pocket. :)

VERY impressed with the UE7s. Fit was great, easier to insert and remove than my other custom molded iems. They are comfortable but don’t isolate quite as much as my Sensaphonics. Very easy to pair the Bluetooth. They have excellent bass, both in extension and detail. The mids are really clear, vocals were easy to understand. The high frequencies were clean, without sounding harsh. Cymbals had the right ring to them, without sounding like white noise. I listened to acoustic, rock, blues, and even tried a couple of rap songs, and the UE7s sounded awesome on all of the tracks. Bass was very controlled on anything with a lot of low frequency content. Extended but NOT boomy. My new favorite earphones!

I must admit it took me awhile to decide if I really needed to spend this kind of money on headphones and no regrets here. I love these and they provide a perfect fit ( I had issues with Bose, Apple, etc always falling out of my ears while walking or working out). The sound is perfect as well. So glad I decided to purchase!

I have been a Bose over the ear owner for years. As much as i love their distinct sound, there is no comparison to the UE sound and with the use of the UE equalizer app the sound control is endless. I purchased these for airplane travel as i like to sleep with my earphones on for noise reduction. The Bose are bulky and With long flights i cannot sleep on my side. With the ultimate ears i am able to do so and the noise reduction is as good with no batteries necessary. My father-in-law is an audiophile and i immediately had to buy him a pair as well as the sound is absolutely incredible.

I have an Astell and Kern SE100 combined with the UE 18+. With this combination, I have truly achieved audio nirvana. The service at UE is first rate, and they make a superb product.

Excellent fit and sound

These things are amazing! I use them for everything when it comes to trying to save my ears from loud noises! I even use them at the gun range and work better then any ear plugs that I’ve ever tried!

Quality is great and fit is great! Not nearly loud enough for use with my cell phone. I don’t really like the wire for the “wireless “ ear buds? My $69 ray con ear buds are totally wireless and have a cool chargeable case and the Sound is not the much less than my UE?

Just received my UE 18+.....fit was perfect and the sound....let's just say I can hear every note and word....superb!!!!

Incredible sound and fit. My ears were a challenge to fit, but going to a hearing aid specialist and getting a custom silicone mold made of my ears, UE was able to make me a pair of Ultimate Ear Buds that stay in during my work out at the gym!

I bought these to replace my current in ear monitors. I play drums and can hear my mix much better. I have lowered all of my mix levels and can hear my bass drum well.

Great product that performs as advertised. Worth the $’s and glad I purchased. Areas to improve; 1.) Battery charge level for bluetooth is very inconsistent after a complete charge is done. It can vary from "fully charged” to “20% charged” 2.) The right ear piece is a little tight causing discomfort after wearing for 30-45 minutes. It would be a plus if there is a process to contact Ultimate Ear to see how the CIEM fit could be improved.

I bought a pair of Ultimate Ears 11 Pro Custom Earphones because I started learning how to play the drums a few years ago. My drum instructor reminded me daily that protecting my ears from the loud sounds produced by my drums is “Priority #1”! With this in mind, I never felt comfortable with the quality and fit of the “Off the shelf” earbuds. I googled the web and found Ultimately Ears. With a syringe they placed a thick liquid into my outer ear canal to make a perfect impression of my ear. I sent these impressions to Ultimate Ears with a prepaid mailing label. Two days later, I was contacted by Ultimate Ears letting me know the ear forms were perfect and that they would start to build my custom ear pieces. I had my new ears within two weeks! They fit & feel perfect! They are easy to put in, and with a little twist they lock into your ears. You can jump, shack, or twist and they do not even move! They keep a secure pressure lock without letting any outside ambient noise in. They are more than worth the price for protecting your ears. I love my UE 18+ CSX. The sound quality is amazing and the equalizer app is a dream. The fit and sound are unmatched! I can work, I can skate, I can whatever in these... listen to my music the way I want without them sliding out of my ears like other auditory devices. Unless my ears miraculously change, I doubt I'll ever need another pair of in ears (and on the off chance I do, it will be another pair of UEs... whatever the current iteration is at the time :D ) Thanks!
