The bed arrived in days. And I had a question re: the mattress I wanted to use with it and the customer service rep was super helpful.

This would have been 5 stars but if you order the bed without the headboard, the lack of labels can confuse the assembly process. The instruction manual talks about the assembly with the headboard. If that wasn't the issue, it would take someone 5 mins to assemble. It took us an hour. The bed itself and materials are sturdy. No complaints there

Product is packaged exceptionally well. Easy to assemble. Took some time to recieve my delivery but read on line that’s expected shipping to Canada. Missing a felt liner with my delivery but hopefully that will be arriving soon. !?

Easy to assemble and comfortable mattress. Good looking, too but wish the legs were recessed from the edges as they are toe busters!

I have been looking for a new bed frame for the last 6 months and always had Thuma in consideration, but I was scared off by the steep price and claims of their decreasing quality. Well, I made the mistake of getting a cheap alternative and that cheap bedframe offered NO support and the supporting legs broke off with just our regular shifting in the night. After months of backbreaking sleep, I convinced my husband to trash our cheap one and invest in Thuma's. We assembled the Thuma classic frame last night, which only took a half hour. Disassembling our cheap one took longer than that! Not only was setup so painless and fast, but the frame felt so much more sturdy and of much better quality. Slept on it last night for the first time. . . I am in love. Wish I hadn't put off getting it for so long. So sturdy, no shifting, and perfectly quiet.

Delivery was fast! Set up was not complicated. Customer service was very good!
