Everything came as expected, on the earlier end of the projected time. Would have been nice to have printed instructions included, though it was very easy to find them online. Assembly was simple.

Shipping time was quick, delivery was smooth, everything arrived in perfect condition. Great company, I'm glad I decided to go with Thuma for such an important purchase. High integrity businesses like this are increasingly rare.

The bedframe was very easy to assemble - took about 10-15 minutes. The look is simple and sleek, and I love that the headboard slides right in. I’ve had it about a month and no complaints about the bedframe structurally. The only fault is how short the headboard comes once you actually put a mattress on top. I got a 14 inch mattress and when I sit up on my bed the headboard only comes up to my mid-back. Ideally it would come up a bit higher. Overall, I would give it a 4. 5/5 if I could!

After the first commercial I was hooked on the Thuma classics bed. We are older and the interlock will make it so easy. Thank you

Thuma Packaging Engineers should receive an award! We were very concerned about making substantial purchases online fearing that wooden furniture was likely to be damaged in route. Everything was so well packed and reinforced that even the occasional dent, ding or tear did virtually no damage to the contents. Everything arrived on time, as described and was easy to assemble with no tools whatsoever.

Very easy ordering process and super fast delivery. Came in 2 boxes. The one was super heavy and hard to get up the stairs to our apartment. Once we got it upstairs and unpacked, assembly was quite easy and didn't take long. We ordered the gray and it definitely does not look gray. Kind of bummed about that. But we do not want to have the hassle of sending it back. It's more of a brown/clay color. Overall happy with our purchase. Just not thrilled that the gray isn't gray!

I was surprised that my items were supposed to be delivered quicker than anticipated. Unfortunately, there was a "confusion of addresses”. It took another week, but, fortunately, matters ended in a responsible hands, and items were delivered fast. I admire the workmanship and the simplicity of assembly.
