Tai in the Soho store was great at keeping tabs on our order of two queen bed frames that we had to delay delivery on. She was very accommodating in pushing the date at our requesting and checking in when the previously discussed ship date neared. Once the bed frames were finally delivered, assembly and instructions for doing so were very simple. I completed construction of each bed within 20 minutes.

Bed arrived quickly. My only complaint is with Fedex who just dumped it in driveway. I’m an old lady and it was a struggle to move the 3 boxes into my garage. My son returned from a business trip a few days later and assembled the bed - very quickly and encountered no problems. It’s beautiful- I love it!

Great quality, solid, quiet, beautiful! Assembly was super fast, took longer to unbox everything then to put it together. So happy with it. Got the pillow board but the wood is so pretty might just leave it off for a while. Also delivery was super fast just few days

Very satisfied with the quality of this bed, too many things to list to satisfy a thorough review. My bed was shipped from a warehouse on the east coast to Wisconsin via FexEx, and luckily it was relatively well packaged otherwise I would’ve returned it for damage. The boxes were so damaged we were convinced every last piece would be in bad shape, but there were no damages. The box that contained the side boards didn’t have the same level off packaging engineering and that box was one more careless drop from having damaged contents. Buyer beware
