Furniture shipment is fast, accessories are slower. Help@thuma.co assistance is great. I settled on the “Grey” finish, please don’t discontinue this color option before I can complete my bedroom.

From the initial order, to contacting support to correct my shipping address, to delivery, the process was seamless.

Shipping was very fast, even to Honolulu. My order was quite large and everything arrived in perfect condition. There was one mistake with the cacoon quilt (king size instead of queen) but Thuma was very responsive and sent out the correct size right away. Fantastic customer service and great quality products.
