I have been a Birdies customer for years. I love your shoes and they are my go-to almost every day that I am teaching at work. However, I am sad to see your teacher discount go and your prices go up considerably (far more than the inflation rate). Teacher salaries are never adjusted for cost of living, and I am limited now to only buying shoes on sale because of this.

I want a coupon for next time. 😉

When I bought the size 7 Hummingbirds I thought they were a true gold color. When I received them I was disappointed because they are more of a bronze gold. they will not go with my gold accessories so I would like to return them for a pair of gold vespers size 7. I already have a pair of them and the gold is a great color and they are very comfortable. I would gladly pay the difference in price and get the Vespers instead. Visiting the Birdies store in San Francisco was so much fun! Seeing all the shoes in person let me see how beautiful they really are; the leather & fabrics are excellent quality w/ meticulous craftsmanship. I noticed how well the shoes were dyed; besides being gorgeous colors each shoe seemed to be ‘saturated’ w/ color, not like the dye was quickly sprayed on the outside of the shoe. My visit to the Birdies store made me love the brand even more; it’s leopard print sofa, ‘bear skin’ rug, palm tree lamp & a parking garage right next door, it couldn’t be better!

The staff at the San Francisco Union Street store were wonderful! Very helpful with sizing, product information, and any options for purchasing a style they did not have in stock.

The easiest site to purchase shoes from for my sizing needed. Not much is offered if at all of the others (shoe mfg), make me go up a full size that the shoe is uncomfortable.
