Birdies is always easy to purchase from. Love the website, the ease of selecting styles, and when I have had exchanges, has made it incredibly easy!

I have purchased a few pairs (sneaker, slip ons, and flats) and I keep purchasing more. They are super comfortable for office work outfits.

The flats are wonderful quality! Wish the shipping was faster.

Fit is very large, full size too big. Not like my other birdie shoes. Customer service however has been atrocious- 6 emails contacting them with the sizing issue, needing a change, yet they wanted 65% more for the exact same shoe exchange. Now they are out of my size, customer service says they are “on it” but I still have no resolve, yet they still hold my money hostage, with no exchange and no eta or communication. No one to call either. Extreme frustration.

Customer service was great returns and Insurance was super easy!

Unfortunately I had to return my shoes but you make the return experience very simple.

I started off buying Birdies for my mum and now I buy them for three generations, ranging from 18-84!

I would never have ordered these if I knew I could not return them. Never again.

The shoes never arrived. Customer service agent was not very kind nor helpful!

I was extremely disappointed that I could not get a refund for shoes that did not fit. I will not be ordering birdies again!

Was in store the other day to return and try on a few pairs of shoes. Not only did i have the support of one rep, but two! They were so friendly, kind and thoughtful. I really enjoyed my time and it made me want to come back in store to shop vs online bc of how great it was. Thanks ladies!

Worst customer service. I purchased a pair of shoes that were not listed as back ordered a month ago. The ship time was absolutely not listed as 3 to 5 weeks. I bought them in plenty of time for delivery prior to two holiday events, based on the shipping times listed on the product page. They didn’t ship and when I reached out to get more information, I got a generic response and a promise to “ escalate my concern” with somebody else, presumably someone in a position to give me information on my order. No response. They created a label for my order, but then it never shipped. Maybe this was there idea of a solution to the problem?I have emailed to follow up twice and nobody has ever gotten back to me. I doubt that I would ever buy from this company again. This is a horrible way to treat people who buy your product.
