Customer Service Extremely Disappointing
Customer service was frustrating at best. An AI response indicated my billing address and the shipping address needed to be changed and included the correct information sent. I tried several times to contact live assistance w/out success. Shoes were delivered to old address, luckily the new home owners put them aside for me. Had to drive 2 hours round trip to retrieve them as they were a birthday gift. Emailed Birdies Help asking what went wrong. Never heard back. Great shoes, but almost didn’t get them due to a busy work travel schedule.

I ordered an 8. 5 as that is what I wear with my other birdies. They were too big and they were very helpful with the when and getting me a size 8. Excellent customer service!!

Worst Customer Experience Ever
Worst customer experience ever. They sent the complete wrong shoe and it has been three weeks of emails and phone calls with no response but an automated message telling me they have “escalated the issue” then silence. So I am basically out $200, with a shoe I don’t want and the inability to return it.
