ZOSI Markets a Good Game, but will not support you or your business in any way, had 2 out of 4 camera's within 50-75 ft. of my WIFI and would not pick up a signal. then tried to add 2 Ethernedt 100Ft. cables to link up manually like my past systems, NEVER contacted back by ZOSI, I am almost at the point I will throw it all away and start over with my past manufacturers, ver disappointed, abd feel ripped-off to say the least. . . . Después de un tiempo un par de cámaras dejaron de funcionar y el servicio postventa excelente. En unos días tenían las dos cámaras nuevas en mi casa. He de decir que tienen que mejorar la app ya que es muy lenta. Pero por lo demás contento con las cámaras Zosi y el servicio que ofrecen.

Easy outdoor set up. Had to have my grandson add to my phone. Great clarity, wish the monitor was bigger. Overall love it.

There is no honor with you. You do not have customer service getting a run around with emails is unacceptable. I have none functioning equipment and I am suppose to send pictures. Calling only gets a answer machine. Why isn't there 0 stars. that's what my experience has been. A BIG ZERO

There was some confusion about discount pricing due to poor math on the seller's part, but the overall transaction side of things on the website was smooth, and we received the products in a timely manner.

This is the second ZOSI DVR that I have purchased within the last couple of months. Both were delivered with an internal hard drive that was full and could not be formatted to start recording from the cameras. I returned the first to Home Depot and the second one I purchased from the website and will return shortly.

Not able to make it work.

Out of the 14 cameras I purchased I have 4 that are not working. I filled out on email for support and got no response.

The WiFi cameras are hard configured to a specific ip subnet, this creates issues when you want to use the cameras across an extended layer 2 subnet. We are a firearms retail location and have a main store and then a stand alone building in the back (Amrory) where we have several safes and secure access. we are unable to place cameras in the armory because the IP address scheme of the cameras is not able to be reconfigured, this means that the cameras will only associate to the Zosi controller, thus they are limited in distance from the controller AS OPPOSED to enabling them (cameras) to associate with our Acces Points and thus not restricted by proximity to the WiFi controller in the Zosi NVR. this is horrible design, and now we are forced to go with another solution because this solution is not accurately disclosed. This is unfortunate because we have had only GREAT things to say about ZOSI - until now. . :/

The cameras drop out and become unconnected for no reason. System is rubbish, unable to get real help
