Great selection and price
I bought the DVR with the PTZ camera 4pack and then bought 2 more cameras for a total of 6. Installing has been a breeze and the only issue that I’ve had was one of the cameras would reset its position every 30 seconds. I was able to easily find the solution to the issue with a quick Google search and after updating the cameras firmware everything works great! The image and sound quality are excellent and I love that I can adjust the cameras viewpoint from my phone. I would definitely recommend this setup to anyone looking for a wired camera system.
Im still waiting for return label
Replaced an old unit with new. The new unit was installed, with no problems. The cameras are up and running, with space for more.
Costumer service get 1 star if i can give 0 that the right one. Still waiting for returns label for my item

I am sorry to say I have not had a satisfactory experience. Fifteen minutes after installing the DVR the system failed and has never recovered. I feel it may have to do with the power supply and the attempt to run four cameras from one supply or power level inconsistencies even within different supplies. As to whether it has rendered the DRV unusable I do not know. I have 21 cameras in my system and would like, very much. making them operable. It does not seem possible with this system or design.
This camera has been nothing but a headache. It’s always offline, no matter what I do. Before blaming my WiFi, I tested another camera on the same network — and that one works perfectly. So the problem is clearly the ZosiSmart camera itself, not the connection. I’ve tried resetting it, reinstalling the app, updating firmware — nothing helps. The app constantly says “device offline,” which makes it completely unreliable for security or monitoring. What’s the point of a security camera that doesn’t stay connected? The quality is also poor when it does work — laggy video, delayed notifications, and the app interface feels outdated and clunky. Honestly, I regret buying it. I wouldn’t recommend this camera to anyone who wants something dependable. Save your money and buy a different brand.
Very good experience
Camera works BUT Zosi has taken away yet another positive function. This time they have removed the color night vision. Only black and white is available. Unacceptable! Also, about 1. 5 to 2 years ago, Zosi removed the 16x replay speed capability and limited this camera to maybe 4x max replay speed on a multi camera screen display. I’ve had my Zosi 8 camera system for about 3. 5 years and have had to replace 4 or 5 of these cameras. Now, they have taken away color night vision! I don’t understand Zosi’s reasoning. Color night vision and 16x replay speed on a multi camera display were 2 of the main reasons I initially bought the Zosi system. It almost seems as though Zosi is purposely trying to reduce their market share by taking away functionality that set them apart from other brands. I contacted several other vendors when my 2nd camera “died” and got a replacement that no longer supported 16x replay speed on a multi camera display. I asked the other vendors if their cameras can replay video at 16x speed on a multi camera screen display. They could not - only Zosi could. They couldn’t even do 4x replay speed! Very disappointed in Zosi.

My order came without a power cord for cameras. I called to try to get power cord. As usual, no answer, I got a call the next in which my message told them my only day off during the week was the called. So, I’m trying to work and I’m told I have to take pictures. Why can’t they access my order and know the item they sent. No… way too easy, they wouldn’t take my word for it they wanted pictures of everything. I had set it all up. They wanted me to take it all down and take pictures. As I am at and not able to call back for a week. Very disappointed, this is my 2nd Zosi’s purchase, I don’t think I’ll buy from them again…. After I purchase the missing power cord to the cameras.
