I own two Zosi complete systems one from my office one for my home. I’ve had problems with both systems a year ago. The hard drive went bad at my office. I had to replace that the second system. The NVR went bad and so I bought a brand new one through Amazon less than a year ago and now it has gone bad. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and they want me to disconnect the hard drive and replace the power supply at my expense. It has a two-year warranty and it’s less than a year-old and I can’t get Zosi to do anything. I absolutely would never ever ever ever buy this product ever bad product bad customer service bad warranty.

I am trying to connect a customer service but no one reply me. I just look like wasted my money on this product so I don’t recommend to buy this product anymore, but it’s not working well.

Bad Ui, App crashes constantly, no development, slop chinese company putting out trash. this company will fail in the next 5 years

The system is fine, but your customer service reps are not good at or attentive to resolving issues. It takes way too long. It should never take days to resolve. When responding to a help inquiry by email, don't just send a message and then, when the customer replies within 5 minutes, there is no response until 2 days later.

Price is good and shipping was satisfactory. However, the replacement model doesn't connect to the Zosi NVR. Additionally, it has no link light and only three lights; compared to the original, which has 10!

There needs to be real time support. Sending emails back and forth is bit enough real time support.
