I ordered 8 cameras and they only shipped me 6x

Shipping was fast and packaging was good but only one of the two cameras worked. Had to semd other one back for replacement.

Why is it impossible to find a WiFi antennae on the website?

Everything was delivered on time and met our expectations.

The NVR System was ordered at the same time but only the C296 camera were shipped within two days. The C182 NVR was delayed by three days. I finally received the NVR systems with the four cameras and installed them but only only one of the PTZ cameras worked. I have been working with customer service for about a week and still have not received shipping label for return of new defective camera. I have owned and installed Zosi Security products for years and have not experience a customer service this poorly. I love the Zosi Products but will only buy products in the future on Amazon and Ebay because of their return policies.

It has been weeks and my package is still sitting in a shipping container in Indianapolis. Please do not use USPS. They are not reliable. I have to wait 1 month to fill out an insurance form.

I am still waiting on my return label that should have been received two days ago.

my order was divided in 2 packages. the package with the recorder was left outside in the rain by UPS. For some reason it was not placed under a covered porch. . My 2nd package with the cameras was thrown onto my porch from 15 feet away. Want to return my items due to treatment in shipping, not by me & I didn't choose the shipper

So far, the worst experience with this system ever. Two brand new cameras went down in terms of two days. One other camera doesn’t switch to night vision. The customer support is just not good at all. Almost 6 months having nothing but issue after issue with the system. I don’t recommend this brand .

Finally received all of the product. The Micro SD cards were back ordered and came a couple weeks after the cameras, and that delayed the installation slightly. Otherwise, everything else came in a timely manner and in excellent condition. Zosi kept me updated regarding the SD cards and let me know when they were going to be delivered. Excellent customer service!

I will not be purchasing from you again

The item was returned by UPS for bad address. Ordered on Jul 14. . got notified return to sender on Jul 23. . Zosi received return on Jul 25. . they notified me they would resend to correct address on Jul 26. . as of this date no word or new shipment number. .
