Pros: Great Customer Service. I had a lot of questions to ask before I purchased my zipline, which spans a 160 foot run. The woman that I chatted with was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After placing the order the products were mailed out quickly. Everything I received seems to be very high quality. I got it up in advance of my 8 year old son's end-up-year school party with some his buddies. Per one of my son's buddies, I have the best house he has ever been to because we have the best zipline he has ever been on. Cons: The directions are a little complicated. I ended up using a long line of string and a traditional level to determine elevation differences. It was easier than the site level suggested in the directions, which I tried but never quite figured out how to use. There were a couple other things I had to figure out on my own because they are not in the instruction book, I did not have experience with a come along winch and cable grabber, and I was putting it up during non-business hours. In the end, I figured it all out. I don't love the wooden seat. My six year old daughter keeps getting scratched when she grips it with her legs (Older kids don't seem to have the issue). Conclusion: Very happ

The Brakehawk hand brake mounting hole and mounting clevis pin are 3/8" diameter, the hole in the trolley to mount the brake to is smaller at 5/16" so I had to purchase a 5/16" bolt to install the hand brake

Zip liners for kids age 7 to 11. The bungee cord seems to have been designed for an older, heavier ryder. There’s very little stretch in the bungee cord for later riders so the stop is a little more abrupt than I anticipated. Other than that it is a quality product.

We received a trolley and handle bar as a gift and we needed to complete the kit. The phone support I received to walk me through everything I needed, including safety items like kids and adult harness, was incredible. Very knowledgeable, patient to understand our situation and answer my questions, and I completely trust the equipment. The kids (and adults) are having a blast. The instructions on the website also come as a booklet, and I would recommend reading each step all the way through because I personally thought the sequence was a little out of order. So I learned my lesson to not start to “build” until I understood all steps. Overall this has been a great addition to our backyard!

Over the years I have installed several ziplines at our family cabin. I have used Zip line gear for all my building materials and safety gear. Prices are always reasonable and their customer service is friendly and personable
