This was one of the best purchases ever! I am a professional stunt woman and used this package to zip line across a pavilion 30 feet in the air. I bought the Brakehawk so I would have more control in case our angle was more dramatic. We didnt need to use if for this event, but I am sure I will use it for the future. Its comforting to know I will have control with my zip speed. Rob was extremely helpful both on the phone and on the website help button. They are very friendly and supportive. They also have a lot of help provided in putting up the line, with manuals and videos. I felt very secure risking my life. It feels so good to build my own zip line, something that a lot of people told me wasn't possible. I do have a lot of experience so I would NOT suggest anyone rigging this high up. We had safety lines and harnesses and all, and I have decades of rigging and rope tying knowledge. Thank you ZipLineGear for all of your efforts!!! Love Wonder Woman!

Purchased as a package for neighbor who has property on both sides of rivers,,, zipline will connect both sides of river... is not yet up, will revise after it is installed... so far, person I bought it for loves it, but they have not put it up and have it running yet, operational. Will updates, as it might be another couple of months before it is operational across the river....

That says it all! Fast service, very easy instructions w/warnings, all hardware included, and helpful advice from ordering staff. I bought an eyelet/thimble and 3 addition clamps to use a come-a-long to pull out slack. Thank you Ziplinegear

Ours is indoor, 80' across our basement. Built it for the kids, but even works for me (200lbs). Kit was easy to install - I had to modify ours custom for indoor, but aside from that, kit is super easy to work with. Everything is high quality, even the packaging and brochure/info/instructions are top notch. Our dogs even chase the kids and tug on the drifter seat rope. they exercise themselves in a constant tug of war. Drifter rope finally unravelled after a year of abuse. Just called and ordered another one. Super easy and great customer service!

The kits from Zipline Gear enabled us to build two ziplines- our first project was 140 feet. Our second project was 370 feet. We named both: Little Dipper and Big Sky are great fun for our family and friends. We use safety lines, harnesses and helmets all from Zipline Gear. Prices and quality projects better or equal to any source. Our only non-Zipline Gear products were two tree stands usually used for hunting in the backwoods. We have a 22' tree stand for Big Sky and a 15' tree stand for Little Dipper. One additional piece of equipment we used is a self retracting lifeline "Rebel" typically used for high elevation construction projects and other similar type of work. I received the harness but had not seen that the lanyard was a separate item. the adult harness came with the lanyards. I ordered the lanyard and am ready for better weather to use the new child harness.

Tensioner ratchet com-a-long is great! Benefit is you can switch to wind cable out with a flick of a lever. Much appreciated when you'r 18' on a ladder
