An outstanding experience! I recently installed a 150 ft line for my sons 11th birthday. Due to a few idiosyncrasies specific to the install location, it took some trial and error hammering out a plan and design. Throughout the work-up, the folks at ZLG were very helpful, offering great advice, suggestions and recommendations, both via email & phone. When the project was finished I ended up with a number of spare items (extra hardware), which I was able to return with no problems. All their gear is high quality, heavy duty and built to last, with safety redundancies incorporated into the system. Complete and detailed installation information is contained in the ZLG handbook, available free as a booklet, or a download. I had the course up and running for the party and there were kids (and adults) lined up all day waiting their turn. A huge success. I have already recommended ZLG to two friends looking to install. This was a nervous purchase for me; not just the cost but the safety concerns and ability to set it up properly. It has been a great experience and relief to have been provided with incredible customer service. Anytime I have called during business hours, my call is taken and I am treated as a valued customer; meaning anyone I have spoken to takes time to listen to my questions or concerns and answers / options are provided. They have walked me through every step and I have called on several occasions just to confirm my processes. I haven't yet returned the un-necessary gear I bought do to changes in what I wanted, but I am not done borrowing the tension kit, but knowing I have a year to settle it out makes me not feel rushed one bit. Good customer service is a rarity these days, but spectacular customer service is few and far between; Ziplinegear.com, in my opinion and experience, falls into that spectacular category. We’ve had smaller zip lines in the past, but this line is so much bigger and more sturdy! Rob was very helpful in answering my questions before and after the sale. Two of my sons put it up yesterday, and it took them maybe three hours. They were VERY grateful that I had ordered the returnable come-along. This line is going to provide so many hours of family fun!!

Everything we needed to set up a sweet zipline. LOVE LOVE Love that they "rent" you the tensioning kit. This feature sold me on everything else they had! Quick shipping. Great company!

When you're getting a zip line for your kids, you don't want any doubt about the quality and strength of the hardware. This is a solid product. It's a two-person job to put up (and took a semi-handy dad and a pro handyman about 3-4 hours, working slowly to make sure everything was right) and I can't imagine doing it without the tensioning kit. But the finished line is great. Getting the bungee break is key because it allows you to increase the slope to 6%, which is a lot more fun for the kids than 3%. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with a ziplinegear staffer a few days before we put it up, and he was happy to talk through the process and offer some tips. Now just need to build the tree house so the kids can self-launch.

Got exactly what I need. Prompt, accurateresponses to all inquiries. When something I bought wasn't as pictured on the site, they got me replacements without additional cost or affecting my timeline. I would haven given four stars to account for prices higher than the competition, but their 5-star service carries the day.

I installed the 150 foot Slead line in my backyard and it is awesome. We hosted a party with all of my oldest sons 8th grade class. 3 hours and countless runs, couldn’t have asked for more. I like how his model is easily adjustable. There will be more ziplines from this company in my backyard soon:) The customer service was unbeatable too......

Great people, great help, great equipment. I needed a zipline that did not fit into a package deal. Not only did they supply great equipment but they shared thier knowledge that led to a great zipline for the kids.

Everything about the equipment I received was top-notch. All components seem to be made with safety and quality in mind. The zip line I built was for my grandkids, so quality was very important to me. I have no doubts this line will last for years.
