The people at zipline gear have been phenomenal in helping with our new zipline. After describing our yard setup and supports, they guided me through which kit to purchase (SLEADD150 LX), as well as all supporting guy wires and other accessories. They helped again with questions that arose during installation. When one of the components didn't work, they replaced it immediately. The zipline has been a hit from minute one. It has produced a steady stream of laughing kids and adults all summer. I unreservedly recommend ziplinegear for a great product and outstanding customer support.

I have watched several YouTube videos with lots a backyard made-to-work zip lines. I decided to spend the money and by from zipline gear and am very glad I did. There customer service was excellent and I was especially pleased that I was able to tell them what my plan was and they helped me put together a kit. From the time I started putting the zip line together till the time my grandkids were going down it was less that 3 hours. I was especially happy to see the safety straps for the turnbuckles and brake. They are truly about provide a extremely safe product and a good price. I am already trying to find the next line to set up a second line.

Thanks to Ziplinegear my 15 year dream of having a zip line finally came true. 15 years ago you had to know all the math and find all the gear on your own. Thanks to Ziplinegear they have taken all the guess work out and made owning a zip line easy. I followed their detailed instructions and our zip line went up perfectly and safely. I cannot recommend them highly enough, their customer service is fantastic, they were there to answer questions before, during and after the installation.

I felt comfortable buying from this company because of the instructions and information available on the web site. My zip line is just under 500’ long and over a bowl shaped area with a small pond in the middle. The bungee brake is unnecessary in my situation as the ride slows toward the end. All of the gear is high quality except for the cable grab did not hold on my 3/8” cable, my guess is it would work fine on smaller cable. Lots of fun for all ages.

From the person on the help line that gave some good advice regarding my first zip line construction to the products that I have ordered online, all have been first rate and of the highest quality. As I try out the products I have ordered to see how they work on my installation I find out that they work as promoted and I will be ordering more harnesses and an extra trolley or two to help with getting as many friends as possible on the zip line for some fun. I am planning a 'fun day' here for our church youth group and we are all looking forward to that! Good job to all in your company!
