This is a great product and is my second purchase of this design. I bought one about 18 years ago and just recently replaced the back door, so I needed a new enclosed blind for it. The fact that the first one lasted so long testifies to its quality and design. I highly recommend this product. I had it delivered, and it arrived in great condition.

Great looking insert. Good high-quality and structure for an insert. The door looks amazing. Totally recommend. I would take a picture but it’s dark outside.

Absolutely awful! Tried using a coupon code they provided for Black Friday. Did not work. Emailed them and chatted on instagram. Never get back till days later. Receive my product, of course it’s damaged. The entire plastic frame of door is cracked and screw brackets are damaged in multiple places. Email them and they don’t get back, has been an entire week! Message them on Instagram and they get back a few days later and apologize and ask what email I sent. Nothing has been done. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. Customer service is absolutely horrible. No quality control on product and don’t respond to customers!

No response to request from help other than to ask for pictures, and silent after. Still need help.

I received this insert without glass, I left couple messages with customer service, no return phone calls. I emailed to customer service, no reply I have not installed the insert (but I believe it will turn out nicely when finished. Before I can install, I need customer service to let me know the exact glass size? Width & height? for me to get it custom cut. Hope someone from customer service will call or email me with those details. Thx, Daniel

Loved the window but the clip on frame was just a pain. Ended up using the old ones from old window.

Window replacement went very quickly , the screw hole plugs took 3 times longer.
