Purchased 9 x 60 add on for door side window. Returned and replaced with another unit. This one works most of the time, but still gets hung up when lowering blind. Need to slowly lower two to three times and still does not completely close

Our area has all the big box hardware stores however none of the stores had the correct sized sidelight for our front door. Zabitat not only carried our size but also had an excellent variety of styles. Ordering was easy and questions were answered quickly and completely via email ( they did offer live phone responses as well). Delivery was fast and while I did not need it , returns appeared to be very easy. Bottom line we would always look to Zabitat for any future windows or doors. The price was good as well - Thank you!

It's hard to review something I have yet to receive. I was told it was out of stock but would be in and shipped almost 2 weeks ago. As it stands right now the custom service rep I have been working with is trying to find out from the supplier when you will receive my parts so they can be shipped to me. This has been going on now for over a week and still no ship date. The first time I bought some similar items from you the shipped out right away and I was able to make my repairs, This time not so good.
