Could have been better, product broke in transit. Zabitat never reached out to let us know. We had to contact them to ask where the shipment was, only then did they reorder. This particular product (snap in clips) is a bad design. Our company has ordered many units, all with screw in frames. The clips do not work well at all.

I was skeptical at first about replacing the glass insert in our door (I actually didn't even know you could do that!), but when I watched a couple of videos and saw how relatively simple it was, I tried it. Though you definitely need 2 people to get it done, it worked great and the enclosed blinds work fantastic. I would do it again! Oh, and I had a few questions along the way and have to say that just a quick phone call to their phone number puts you right in touch with someone who has the answer - Great customer service!

Little tricky getting all the screws to line up when putting the two halves together. Otherwise nice product.
