Shipping was great . Communication was great. The product is outstanding.

The doll I got was so good it looks like everything was pictures as described and good. The only downside is that it does feel a bit “stiff” and “lifeless” compared to my starpery doll. I feel like they could make the skin on the elsababe doll more soft. I also feel like they forgot to add the gel butt option because mine doesn’t seem to have it. I have mine on my other doll and it does and I can see that it doesn’t have it or just very little to none. The heads are what I was mainly interested in so I just kept those and merged it with my other doll. It looks just like it should be on the doll. overall I’m satisfied with my doll. Just wish there was more squish to the skin and the gel butt was added but other than that it’s good I recommend just getting the doll head if that’s what your really after. I feel like they can improve the softness on the skin because like I said it does feel a bit stiff. I will definitely be buying more heads from them

Great doll. Quite realistic. Good accessories. I had a good experience with customizability of the doll. They send you pictures of the doll before they ship it out. Note that the outfit does not come with shoes. Taking away 1 star due to the extra long wait time. Production of the doll finished 2 weeks earlier than the outfit. The total time was ~7 weeks to ship, and 1 week to arrive.

Yourdoll always delivers and keeps us posted on the nature of the doll! Every delivery comes out fine and is like opening a new present, but I love most how they always try to make sure the dolls cater to your tastes.

I ordered a Top Fire Doll, the 163 cm, and I must say the doll is fantastic! But first I want to say thank you to Your Doll and Dora who helped me with my order. I made a few changes after submitting my order and Dora was very helpful in getting those changes to the factory. There was only one negative and I think it was out of the control of Your Doll, shipping took longer than expected. The doll arrived in great condition and WOW!!! I have only a plain silicone doll and S-TPE doll from different companies to compare it to but this Top Fire doll far surpasses them in every way. Beautiful, high quality and she feels incredible in every way! Thank you YourDoll
