Based on the estimated time listed on the official website, I thought it would take about a month to be ready, but to my surprise, it was completed in just half a month. In the end, it took exactly one month from the time I placed the order until I received it. I’m not sure if it was because the package wasn’t labelled as “fragile,” but when I opened it, I found that the protective foam had crumbled into tiny pieces and was stuck all over the product. So I chose Climax because I like their portfolio and Yourdoll. com because I like the clarity and design of the website. The production of a torso took exactly 20 days. A requested change on the dolls make-up took only a few hours and I got pictures of every stage. Thumps up to Climax and Yourdoll and how they work together hand in hand. Shipment to Germany then took 22 days. Everything was intact. Climax put some cool accessories in the box and Yourdoll some merchandise which was pretty cool. I'm pretty satisfied with the user experience and communication and I'm looking forward to buy more stuff in the future. Thank you!
