When I was thinking about placing my first order, I contacted customer service to ask for a special request to see if I could get a wig for an additional head that wasn't listed. They responded quickly and confirmed that request was possible, and how to note it on my order form to ensure I got it. During the whole process I was notified at each stage, and when the doll was completed, I was sent numerous pictures and videos from the factory to ensure it met my expectations. Once I confirmed everything was good, I was sent a tracking number. The doll came by FedEx and was packaged discreetly. Inside the package, the doll was well wrapped and padded to prevent any damage during shipping. I fully inspected my new doll once I got all the wrappings off and removed it from the box. I noticed the great detail they put into creating a realistic doll. I was even more amazed seeing her in person. I have already ordered another doll from YourDoll after my first experience went so well. I highly recommend YourDoll.

Nice, no complaints about the workmanship. The details are nice too. A little harder than other STPE dolls. Until now, all my dolls were shorter than the specified size, this doll is the right height. The tightness of her joints is well adjusted.
