Although it took over 8 weeks to receive my Doll, it was well worth the wait. It arrived in tact with all of the accessories promised and then some. Although too heavy for me to handle, the doll is of the highest quality workmanship. I especially love her eyes, skin, breasts and thin body. However, the mouth, vagina and anus are small, so it takes some doing to enter each. The wigs are very difficult to put on the head and to remain on. The head itself is also a little difficult to put on and lock in place. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars instead of the 4 stars I gave. In all, I am very satisfied with the product and service provided. I will order again from YOUR DOLL.

Yourdoll is really very good; there is a huge selection of different brands, and the doll always arrives neatly and undamaged, and is also neatly packaged. I have bought a doll from Yourdoll several times and have always been very satisfied. I recommend YourDoll.

Yourdoll service is available and professional.

Excellent.

service was fantastic and it shipped pretty quickly, I had no problems overall.

i’m just speechless as to how beautiful and detailed my new doll is!!!

It was great.

Shipping took a little bit of time, but besides that, the doll is perfect. Feels realistic and looks good, can't wait for my next purchase

Got it quickly and appreciate it

Superb

Good customer support. Fast delivery. Me happy.

Great!

This doll is fantastic! I purchased the Ruby doll with the gel butt option for a little extra money, and it's definitely worth it. The eyes of the doll are the kind that seem like they're always staring right at you, which definitely adds something to the experience. It should be known that the doll has different areola size options ranging from 3cm to 7cm, a fact which I only discovered by asking the very helpful Your Doll staff, so make sure that you specify which diameter areola between 3cm to 7cm that you want in the box for listing certain specific requirements, otherwise you'll get an areola diameter which may or may not match the size in the sample photos. Something else to note is the special body painting option, while black is the standard color, many different colors are options which can be chosen instead of black, this is especially useful for the Aria Doll when selecting a color such as pink. Overall I'd say that this a great product and definitely something every "fan" of these two should buy, 5/5.

Support was responsive in helping along the shipping process.

Doll arrived without problems. Customer service helped with the combinations I selected in costumization, since they were not compatible.

shipped on time and packaged very well. products work great. thank you.

Love the softness of the doll. First time buying from this company. The team that was involved did a great job on her. Thanks.

Amazing. There was a little error with my order which was neither parties fault - it was just a little miscommunication! But the staff handled it brilliantly and provided me with what i was after in a quick, but realistic timeframe. And the quality of the product was excellent. The shipping process was great. Communication was excellent and the turn around was prompt. The product was delivered in perfect condition, discreet, and very well presented. Outstanding overall
