Love our patio furniture. Purchase and delivery were very easy and professional

We’ve struggled for decades to find a patio set that we didn’t want to replace after a month. This set is wonderful! Super comfy, Sturdy, and great material.

The shopping experience was great but the delivery had some issues. And they left a very large wood pallet in our yard.

The delivery process was terrible. “White” glove, should be titled “Black” glove.

We love our new outdoor furniture. We live in foggy SF and was worried about the moisture but with the recommended covers it's been great! The chairs are sooo comfortable. Everyone loves them. Also perfect for naps in the afternoon outside! We have dogs and kids, so the light grey gets a little dirty from their messes but i love they are washable and easy to wipe spills.

We love our new dining set from Yardbird. It's high quality and looks beautiful.

Absolutely LOVE our sectional couch from Yardbird! After a long search we found the perfect addition to our new patio. Lightweight, built extremely well, very comfortable and stylish, and cleans easily. It can also be taken apart and rearranged into different shapes which is a total bonus.

Customer service in the store was amazing!

We like the look of our Yardbird table, chairs, and seating area. However, be sure to cover every single time it may sprinkle or rain as the cushions hold a LOT of water. Our prior set for 10 yeas had sunbrella cushions and if it occasionally got rained on it would dry within hours or the afternoon. This set is still dripping and making out butts wet after two and three days. Looks nice, but holds water like a sponge.

Front the showroom to delivery their team was wonderful to work with. We did have a problem with a coffee table being damaged during shipping, Yardbird stepped up and provided a new table with no question asked. We have been using the furniture for a few months and love the comfort, look and feel. Thank you!

We have two houses in different parts of the country. After furnishing the patio of our primary residence with Yardbird furniture, we decided to purchase Yardbird furniture for our vacation home's patio. Essentially, we referred ourselves to Yardbird!

Yardbird furniture is extremely high quality, attractive and very comfortable. In my view it is by far the best outdoor furniture on the market. Some of our pieces are 5 years old and still look brand new.

We were very pleased with the experience we had with our purchase. We were kept informed of the status of our furniture delivery. Furniture was delivered as promised.

The furniture looks great, and we especially love not needing to cover it up during the warm months!!

The patio set is exactly what we wanted. Delivery was early, and the gentlemen setting up did a great job. A few days later I heard/felt a "thunk" when sitting in a chair. Turns out one of the screws was not tightened, so the sling seat moved and made a noise. Several days later one of the chair foot pads broke off. I emailed customer service, and they promptly sent me a replacement. Several days later I noticed that a chair had a ding on one arm. That was my fault for not finding it upon delivery. We found a good cover for the set at Koverroos. Overall we are happy. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for the issues we had. We would not hesitate to buy another.
