Table arrived damaged. Two attempts to resolve and deliver new table to me have resulted in a misdelivery to another address because we own two property’s. We love the furniture- caution anyone with multiple locations as that has been a hot mess from a customer service perspective

We were excited when the shippers came with the Harriet Outdoor furniture. They got down to business setting them up on our deck, removing all the packaging and placing them where we wanted them. Smooth! Thank you. May need your well fitted covers once they're available. The other covers you recommended was a challenge getting on. Really had to sinch them down well. P. S. We did have some issues with black stains showing up. Trouble removing them. No idea what it was from.

We bought the Winnie set and couldn’t be happier. We went back and forth on a few different patio sets but decided on Yardbird and were glad we did. The items are solid, well made and look really good!

One of the rocker swivel chairs is leaning forward, the other one leans back and comfortable. Finish on armrests is not a smooth finish.

We were monitoring prices to add to our couch to make it a sectional for awhile. Some pieces were not listed on the website but they were very speedy and kind every time we requested prices. Such a great customer service! We would highly recommend working with them.
