The product is fine and expensive. The lighter on it sorta kinda works. The "white glove" delivery and set up was anything but "white glove. " For what I paid and what I got, I just should have ordered something from Wayfair. For what I got, not worth the Yardbird price

We have been happy with our purchase. The furniture matched the description. The chairs, sofa, and ottoman are well made for the price point. We’re happy with the cushions. They are full and plump. Our only disappointment is the way the cushion attaches to the ottoman. There are two small tabs one must velcro, and we can never really secure the cushion well, so the cushion slides a bit. It’s a minor complaint, but a better design would benefit those in the future.

Yardbird has been great to work with and has quality products. One thing I’d like to see is for delivery to be available via non-freight carriers as this would be less expensive and more convenient for me. Thanks

The Gentlemen who brought our chairs & table were wonderful. They let us know the and when they were coming. They set up all the furniture and took away all the cardboard. It was great.

So far, so good. Cushions are comfortable and pieces seem sturdy. Won't really know it holds up since we've only had it a couple of months.

I love the product, its beautiful! I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the delivery guys slightly scratched the wicker when delivering (not enough to warrent returning the item but enough to be annoying) and the cusions are not completely water proof. We left them out in a heavy rain and it took days for them to dry. Otherwise the product is wonderful!
