I have nothing bad to say about this company!! Easy to order and easy to use product! Great quality insoles too! They just didn’t “fix” my feet. I’ve had chronic pain for 15 years and have tried everything. I was hoping this would be my answer. I don’t regret trying this insole! I’m sure it’s helped a lot of others!!

An error in the order, and an extended period of time, prior to getting us the product. Once we received the product it seems to fit well and create good support, my feet seem to not hurt all day.

My feet were "killing me", because of what I later found out to be plantars fasciitis. The customer service care I got from Upstep was fantastic. I'm now wearing the inserts in two pairs of my shoes, and I can't go without them!

High pressure sales tactics right out of the gate. Not worth it.

I don't give praise out easily and I come from a service industry and know what good CS looks, sounds and feels like. Samantha embodies all of those attributes. She was great in our support session and asking the right questions to pull out additional information that helped determine my needs. Then I purchased two pairs of orthotics in separate orders and due to her due diligence in watching my order determined that I would have saved an additional $30 had I ordered both on one order. She then worked on my behalf to get that credited back to my FSA card. Simply outstanding CS. Now, provided the product matches the excellence of Samantha's CS, you've got a customer forever. Very nicely done Samantha.
