I just received my inserts and can't wait to try them.

I’ve worn orthotics for over 30 years. This is the first pair I’ve ever ordered from UpStep and would absolutely use them again. Customer service is excellent as are the actual orthotics.

Bought Upstep insoles as a Christmas gift for my husband (weird, I know) because a Morton's neuroma was affecting his running. He was considering surgery and had been told that only insoles made at the podiatrists office, costing $500+ would be worth his while. He is very happy with the insoles, and with a careful choice of cushioned, zero-drop running shoes he's back out running regularly without any pain. I believe the insoles were a great investment, and I took advantage of a great sale offer so was able to buy two sets. The service and support were all great and I plan on maintaining a supply of Upstep insoles so that my husband can keep running.

My son was very happy using the orthotics. He said he can walk straight now and doesn't easily get tired unlike before.

I had so many issues with my orthotics. The Podiatrist remade them for me several times until they worked and the customer service team was there every step of the way, updating me, and helping me along. If I could give 100 stars, I would!

A customer service person helped me with the issues with my orthotics quickly. I was told my orthotics would need to be replaced and someone would email me in a bit about it. Still waiting for more info. So hopefully there will be follow up! But the chat seemed helpful and responsive.

Great orthotics, amazing customer service. I was in agonizing pain from tendinitis in both ankles. These orthotics resolved my problem within 3 weeks of use.

Affordable orthotics

Gave them four stars because I have had them about a month and I have been slowly wearing them. I wore them early on a long hike and my feet hurt for two days, so I have decided to just take it slow. All that being said so far it has been a positive experience. Has helped with when I run and workout.

First of all the customer service is great. I cant remember the name of the woman who chatted with me to help get the right product but she was very helpful. I bought two sets one for everyday and one for the gym and I can feel a difference. I’m not waking up with severe foot pain like I used to. I’m hoping to be free from foot pain very soon. I was expecting the everyday insoles to be more rigid but we will see how it goes. Only down side is that it takes a while to get your order.

Was having serious pain in my feet while exercising and these inserts completely changed the game. From day one with the inserts I was maximizing my workouts with no pain. Highly recommend to anyone with discomfort in their feet during exercise and looking for all day walking around comfort. Thanks!

Half the price of the orthotics that I got from my podiatrist and more comfortable. They have a bit of plush to them but still have a rigid support underneath. The ones I got from my doctor were pretty much completely rigid and were just okay. Much happier with these. Hope they last a good while

These orthodics eradicated my foot pain. I was afraid my pain was going to be a lifetime problem. No more!!! I couldnt be more thrilled.

I couldn't ask for a better company to make the Orthotics. It was a great price and the service was excellent. They provided the high level of service that they advertised. I ordered online within a few days I received the mold, sent it back prepaid and within 21 days received back 2 pair of orthotics. The quality was great and I will certainly order again.

I have had orthotics in the past and I had tried some cheaper low end orthotics that were NOT custom to my feet like the UPSTEPS. I felt pain immediately from the cheaper orthotics. The UPsteps are the best money I have spent in a long time!! I want to also mention Samantha in this review. I had purchased on the Black Friday special. I made a mistake in how I placed The order. Weeks later I realized the mistake and Samantha still made it right and assisted me in fulfilling my original order.
