I have worn custom orthotics for running on and off for about 10 years. I have flat feet, and I use them to prevent shin splints and other wear-and-tear problems. I had been searching for a way to get new custom orthotics for about a year before purchasing orthotics from Upstep. After finding out I would be charged for doctor appointments, x-rays etc. to see a podiatrist (which my insurance didn't totally cover), I am SO happy I decided to try these!! I can tell Upstep customized the orthotics to fit in the running shoes I typically wear, and the material is really similar to custom orthotics I've owned that cost hundreds more. Overall really happy with these for the price, and I was able to break them in pretty easily.

I waited awhile until I used them. Actually I was walking during the pandemic and my hips were sore, so I remembered that I had purchased these back in January. Through them in my shoes and now I have much less pain. Hoping I can use the same imprint for another set

A perfect upgrade from my 10+ yr old orthotics. Affordable enough to keep one pair in my running shoes and one in my "everyday" work shoes. The soft cushion provides support and comfort--a nice advantage to the old school hard plastic. The only question is how long they will last--my bet is quite some time!

Thanks to very good customer service, my 2nd set of orthotics was adjusted very well for one of my foot idiosyncracies. Upstep always acted promptly and were patient while I described the changes required to the 1st set.

I ordered 2 pairs of custom inserts, well made and fitted to my foot. Unfortunately running pair did not work well with my style of running shoe. Contacted customer support who quickly responded, asked for more information including pictures and re-made my inserts. Within days new set in my hands, fit perfectly now. Both Cycling and running inserts are excellent, high quality and my feet are happy as ever. Great customer service

Definitely equal to my expensive custom orthotics. I love them. My everyday orthotics are working beautifully in my Teva boots. They had a good insert but not quite good enough for my arch. I can now walk for a prolonged period in my boots without the pain I was experiencing. My old cotton orthotics took up too much room and were useless. Upstep made me a perfect pair. I will be ordering more so I don’t have to continually take them out to put in other shoes.

Although it took a long time from ordering to delivery, the orthotics are top quality and well made. I bought 2 pairs and I'm very happy and my feet are happier. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I decided to try Upstep because my feet always hurt. My podiatrist said I have fallen arches and there is nothing to be done. I have also recently been diagnosed with diabetes, so that sometimes adds to my foot pain. These inserts do make a difference for me. I am not pain free all of a sudden, but my feet hurt less, which I take as a win.
