I am a big US fan. Prices are a little high but good value for $$ {I've got 5 year old US items still in great shape}. Shipping isn't the fastest but is OK. Customer serveuce is excellent.

These are the tshirts that are truly worth the $$$. They are so soft, hold their shape, look polished, and keep their color. If you ever wondered if a T-shirt is worth $50+ this is the one. I still have the very first one I bought 7 years ago and although its faded by now, it's still one of my favorites. Tucked in or worn out this T-shirt really does it all. Infact my most recent purchase of this shirt is to take place of that first one. Take place not replace because I'll still wear the first one, but I miss the bright rich color of the black cherry and this is the first time I've seen it in stock in my size! I love US.

I have been with you since the early days when you were a plus only brand. I supported you from Australia even though postage often cost as much as my order (note I would have been using an old email). You have some beautiful clothes but reality is quality has gone down hill and it’s sad. There’s now a sense of quantity of drops over good cuts and fabric that focus on bringing fashion to a plus sized audience. The terrible rebranding of straight sizes being offensively marketing as some sort of inclusivity aside - the fabric of the recent shirt I bought was horrific - like wearing plastic. The same shirt used to be made in beautiful fabric and I can only assume it’s a price decision to change it? Lastly - I purchase a lot less from you now - previously I was spending thousands a year. This is a conscious decision based on the treatment I received re your now defunct loyalty program where my points were not honoured because I was overseas. I had hoped someone from management would make this right and they didn’t. It would have been such a small thing to do with roughly a few hundred in points on my account but it just wasn’t of interest to you. I still purchase occasionally some items I just love such as the Madison shirt (though I probably won’t again after recent purchase which was horrific), Geneva dress and T rex. If quality remains same I will likely continue to purchase Geneva and Rex ongoing because they’re great items but I no drop the same $$$ on US mostly because of how little you valued me as a customer and partly because increasingly your brand is feeling more and more like fast fashion with quality over quality and greater interest in straight sizes. It’s actually sad for me to write this because this was such a great brand that I supported when it was a big deal for me to soend at your price point. Buying it in other colors

Would love to give a great review but I never received my order. Things happen but the customer service experience was absolutely terrible. I was following up in chat and email for days before finally was told the shipment was lost. Then I had to hound the chat and email to issue a refund. Things have changed I never had this issue with US in the past.
