The best thing I can say is that the exchange process was super easy - I needed to exchange for a smaller size. It is hard to purchase things at this price point without having tried the brand before, but the painless exchange process and the Fit Liberty concept made it much easier to take a chance. The two pieces I ordered are beautiful, functional, and feel like they will last for a long time. I will definitely be on the lookout for other good sales at US in the future.
