I’ve been shopping with US for about five years now and they have been consistent in their quality and customer service. Shipping is very quick and returns are the easiest I’ve experienced for online shopping. I especially love the Fit Liberty line up. Knowing that I can exchange my already-worn items for a different size is a game changer as someone whose size has fluctuated a lot the last few years. The only thing I would ask for is more length options for those of us with short legs, as I often end up needing to hem. Inclusive sizing and wide selection—what more could you ask for?

Universal Standard really is just the best. Its size availability and range of styles has transformed my wardrobe.

Shipping was fine. My only concern as always is that you need more petite sizes instead of the meager ones that you offer. I have no use for petite tops or the the very few jeans which are the exact same thing as the shortest jeans that you already have. If you think you are fooling any of your petite customers than you are assuming your customers are idiots. It is very insulting by the way.

The website on a desktop is great but clearly someone isn't testing for smaller screens. Viewing your products works but can get skewed easily. It's viewing the cart that's the real issue. The barely working sliver of space to see the products that are in the cart are frustrating. I have abandoned my cart before because I didn't want to deal with it. The bottom "must show" area is entirely too large with fonts and buttons that could be smaller and disclosures that could be somewhere else. Your products are great. You should make it easier for people to buy from their phone.

I was disappointed to learn the return process is not actually free, but it was otherwise an easy process.

Always accommodating

I had one of the tee Rex shirts from over 5 years ago. I wanted some more nice plain shirts, so I snagged 2 more. Theyre still the same great quality, and fit great. I ordered 2xs, am 5'8", 150lbs.
