Fast Delivery on all microscopes. Slow refund on microscope return
Received microscope promptly. However, when I had to return a microscope because it was not a good fit for my class, I am still waiting for a refund 13 business days later. The microscope I did find for my class will work perfectly. Just waiting for a refund on the returned microscope.

Great microscope, poor camera software.
The microscope is great, the camera, I don't know. I cannot download the software for the camera, for some reason my computers reject the downloading. I tried it on four different computers and they all do the same.

The rep did a good job of reassuring me. I still don't know why I got a letter saying that my coverage was canceled, but the rep assured me things looked good on her end. I had to call 3 different times as the system hung up on me after about 5 minutes of waiting on hold on my first two attempts.

Eyepiece camera works as advertised.
Eyepiece camera works as advertised. My one issue is that the USB cable supplied seems a bit finicky--it loses signal every now and then. I bought some accessories (LED light and power supply) which is not heavy duty (plastic) but definitely works as well as expected. Delivery was prompt and painless. I would certainly purchase from AmScope again in the future.
