I have received this microscope, working good, but camera result is not clear too blurry. please advise how to adjust it.

i had trouble with the payment for my P-Card (corporate payment) when checking out. I had to re-do my order several times.

The buying and delivery was great. But I’m having trouble with making it work. Some of the pre made slides don’t fit and I can’t focus on them

Everything went smoothly. Only disappointment is some of the prepared slides where poor quality. Couldn’t really see much even at full magnification.

I got what I ordered delivered.

The order was handled very well. I ordered something I thought was what I was looking for but turned out to not be the right choice. I was able to return it and get my money back with no problem. However when I tried to ask if what I ordered was what I really needed I didn't get a satisfactroy answer so I decided it was best to return the item I ordered and do more research to see if I can find what I really want. I was refered to a website but it was of no use to me in answer to my question.

It was almost great, if only the invoice could come with the confirmation of shipemnt (I had to ask it later instead) and there was a possibility to pay the custom charges at the time of the order.

Website very easy to navigate, clean and current. A side by side comparison would help many shoppers - if you have one I could not find it. Selection is massive, almost overwhelming. I found the right package for us by opening multiple browser windows to do my own comparison.

I loved your product, the delivery time was great. Although i learned that microscopes don't really have 1000× plus magnification that would actually have effect on the specimen that is being looked at. Maybe a little dishonest on that part. I believe your product is good and user friendly. Im sure you guys will do your best to state that 2000x magnification is not possible. Had a blast with the microscope though definately would recommend.

I was very pleased with the quality of the microscope I received. However, the online assembly instructions need to be more complete. E.g., Instructions say drop eyepiece into the scope, and do not mention backing out the jeweler sized set screws first. The instructions also do not say how to set up the scope for high power magnification, as the scope needs to be lowered closer to the stage than the initial configuration allows.
