I'm still trying it out, but so far, so good. I keep finding things to use it on, but I love it on the floors! The only downside the I found is I think the handle could be a little more sturdy. I'm kind of hard on cleaning tools. Also I also wish there were a tool with a bonnet to get into small crevices. I love the fact that it only needs - WATER! It also has a higher temperature than the other steam cleaners out there. I wish I had something like this when all my kids were little and at home. But it does make life a little easier for me now. Thank you.

Great canine training aid, I used it before on a previous dog I had, I lost the DVD, Manual, and Special Collar; had to reorder, works great and solves problems.
